I quickly realized my lack to platforming skill.  After some trial and error, I figured out how to operate the platform.  The tutorial teaches the "wind" mechanic, but didn't give me the feedback I needed to realize what the mechanic actually does.  The part I love the most is the comments after dying.  I died over and over just to see what it would say next.

Thanks a lot for the detailed feedback!

You're absolutely right — the wind mechanic could use clearer feedback. I'll work on improving how it's introduced so players can understand it faster.
Really glad you enjoyed the death comments though 😄

well I can't get past the menus. maybe it's part of the troll?

Sorry for the inconvenience, the game only works on the pc web not for the mobile web. I'll fix it later

BROKEN CLOCKWORK leans hard into its steampunk aesthetic, and the visuals and vibe are a perfect match for the Machine theme.

The windup mechanic adds a fresh twist to the platforming formula — it forces you to think about timing and resource management in a way that feels organic to the setting. The near-death '!' indicator is a small but welcome touch that gives you just enough feedback.

But my absolute favorite feature has to be the death heatmap after each level. Seeing where you kept failing is both informative and weirdly satisfying — it turns frustration into data.

This game knows exactly what it wants to be, and it executes that vision well.

This gave me super crate box vibes. I think I made it to level 4 with like 120 deaths lmao. Very trolly game but super fun, and I loved the near miss addition. I think the wind up mechanic is also really unique and creative. The audio was great, I think it just missed some music to go with it. Well done!

Great game, its very hard for me,but its great and good art style. but i think the "E Wind label smth" is placed a little far away from the player and not blocking the player. good job.

Awesome job with Machines! theme. I’m terrible at platformers so I couldn’t get very far heh.
