The smoke trails, the large planet in the background, and starting the game by fading through the opening… All of these were such fresh techniques and a great reference! (ツ)ノ

I like the graphics and controls, I would love to have some background music and some explosion animation when I lose, great work overall
The controls are very responsive and precise, and the sound effects are crisp and well-placed. Great job! I'll definitely be giving it a review. 5/5
I like game idea, visuals and sound!! I suggest to better game feel, it would be use the mouse as aim as shoot.
The game felt addictive, and the graphics and the sounds were lovely
The enemy ship seem to just teleport you to the start when you're dead? Maybe also take some resources, I didn't notice. Anyway, combat felt like a chore a bit, and I felt like there should be fewer enemies so I can focus on the fun of collecting resources
Nice job!
I really love the overall space atmosphere! The mechanics are simple and fun, and I love that I can just take my time and explore at my own pace. Great game!
I felt like the spaceship lacked a bit of inertia
Fun little shooter with a good space feel, never found out how to actually build anything though, so feeling like I missed most of what the game was going for
Thanks for the comment, this was something I worried about as I skipped making a tutorial because of the time constraints and put the information in the description, but when the game begins the description is kinda moved away so you are stuck. I understand the issue and will be careful about it in the future.
Machina-Sphere won me over with its steampunk aesthetic, and the drones were genuinely fun to use.
That said, the early game throws a constant barrage of enemies your way, which felt frustrating at first. Once I unlocked the drones, though, the difficulty evaporated — partly because the ship's weapon is fixed to the front, making it hard to dodge and shoot at the same time. Drones effectively solve that limitation.
The audio does its job but lacks a bit of immersion. Base building added an interesting layer of strategy.
All in all, I had an enjoyable time with this one.
Beautiful sprite work, I love the idea. Only thing I would add is post jam I'd expand the controls a bit. Either controller support or mouse tracking would set this apart. Good work.
Very relaxing and enjoyable little station builder, love the choice of art and would honestly like to see something like this as a full game post-jam. Music was lovely and chill, felt really satisfying getting a little fleet of drones online too, especially after struggling with the enemies early. Really well done Morionn.
