I like the design and gameplay—it's unique, especially the way the time rewind is implemented. I really dig that. But the game is too short and is lacking sound.

The game has a really cool atmosphere, I really dug it. I also liked that fly that kills you—it actually scared me the first time)

(THIS COMMENT FOR ANOTHER GAME, I JUST MIXED THEM UP)

I like the core idea of the game, but the controls are a bit rough.

What about having a slower raise of difficulty? The jump from the first room to the second with a lot of enemies is a challenge ... at least for me =)

Appreciate what you did within the limitations of the PICO-8 platform.

Congratulations on your submission!

I'm planning to keep working on it, can you let me know what makes the controls rough?

So, I have just played it again for a few rounds.

I think I misjudged it before. The one thing I had trouble with was the shooting direction. Now I know why: I often tried to turn say 90° and also shoot at the same instant. In such cases, my shots usually went according to the previous walking direction, not the one I thought I just turned to. Hope this makes sense.

In the last few rounds, I consciously walked a step into the direction I wanted to shoot first, and only then fired a shot. Worked great this way!

Looks like it was more an issue with me than with your game controls after all ;-)

ill look into making an adjustment, thank you for the feedbac

This is sick! I love Pico. I did find a bug: its possible to get stuck in the first room by meandering about. Once you get to the room w/ the enemies, its a fun puzzle to move and shoot! Good job, can def see this being expanded into a lengthier game!

thank you! I would definitely like to keep working on it.
