Feather corn is op lol, I love this game

The game as a whole is very great and polished

Also, mixing unstable and bomb corn creates an explosion so powerful it destroys reality lol

I love how the hit_corn function is recursive

This game is so polished! I really loved the sound effects! They reminded me of Sonic 1-2-3! The music slaps! If I had only one thing to say is that when entering the shop you can't see your amount of corn money anymore, which is a bit tedious in the beginning! But overall insane creation! Also good idea to reset the main them every time and come back to the calm music, it gives you incentive to make it last longer to arrive at that slapping bassline!

Bug : when trying to use the exploding blue corn, my game always crashed.

I love this concept so much. The visuals and music are also so fun and spectacular, and in that department the game is very polished. The light blue corn is so op lol. I don’t know if it was intended that each of the three times you hit it you get 15 corn.

This game is so polished, incredibly cozy, highly creative, visually stunning, and yes... I enjoyed playing it 5/5 masterpiece.

(This doesn’t affect my rating at all: I encountered a stack overflow in code/cob.lua (line 163) on the Linux build)

Splendid work with the rotating corn in a cob! I really enjoyed playing and upgrading, with very satisfying sound effects and music. The gameplay felt rewarding, polished, and addictive. This has to be one of the most enjoyable games on here. The fact that this was done in 3 days is mind-blowing. A suggestion I'd have is to maybe add different types of corn and expand the game mechanics. But genuinely, awesome job, this game is amazing!

This game immediately caught my attention with its visuals, and the game is truly amazing! The sounds are excellent, as are the game's visuals.

Caught images of this early on the discord wanted to play immediately. The concept is unique and creative with a quick and satisfying loop wrapped in great presentation. Awesome stuff!

My only question: isn't corn more of a fall vibe? :)

Developer(+1)

No no, you got it wrong, corn is totally spring-vibe, I mean, it's got seeds and everything!! But yeah haha I admit I wasn't even sure in which season corn was usually harvested, for me it was more of a summer thing? But there's no Cozy Summer Jam, and it's still a game about growing things in a way, so I thought it might work. 🫣 Thanks for the kind words!!

Oh the satisfaction, Bonking corn with bopping OST on moody corncob. It smoothes my brain.

I loved it! The controls are so clean, the concept is sooo enjoyable and the animations are so cute! Maybe the sounds were a bit loud, but its not that important. I had an amazing time playing it!

Good and interesting game! Saw it on the discord and really wanted to try it!

The presentation and visuals of this game are on another level, no doubt about it. But how fun is it? I spent 20 minutes arranging different types of corn to make my throws as efficient as possible. On top of that, I managed a breaking run, exceeding the gnome's maximum speed, which made for an extremely satisfying ending. GREAT JOB! My favorite so far, WITHOUT A DOUBT.

I REALLY LIKE CORN! ITS CORN!
Looking forward to this beautiful game. One of the few submissions that I had left on the title screen and menu screens as I was falling in love with the music. Very cozy and calm game. Keep up the great work , and bravo on your submission!
