Really-really good use of React here guys. Great job on this!
Thank you! Always wanted to use React for a game :)
The in-game OS with all its apps is really impressive! I feel it would be better if we, as the protagonist, were closer to the events, so we could be more immersed in the story.
Thank you for your feedback! I see what you mean, will think about how we can improve on that :)
Well done. I need to come back to this when I have more time to go through the entire story, but from the little I've done, hooked.
My last game jam game was a Win98 theme! haha

Thank you! Love the Clippy reference in yours 😁
The atmosphere evoked the feel of old-school computers, and the meticulous attention to detail in every single piece of content made for a deeply immersive and thoroughly enjoyable experience!
Thank you so much! It was tons of fun making a game in this setting.
There's a lot of content here, and it's clear that I love this kind of gameplay. I've played from Her Story to Immortality and the roottrees are dead, absolutely my favorite type of experience. I need more time to really explore and understand what's happening here. I've listened to some music and checked out a few conversation logs. The experience of being on the web slightly disrupts the immersion; when you right-click, you see the browser's context menu rather than feeling fully immersed in the system. That said, I actually tried to add it to my wishlist on Steam (that button on the desktop), but it doesn't seem to be available there yet. I'd love to know when it is so I can be there and play from the early versions.
Ah, these are some great points. Thank you for your comment! We were thinking about context menus too, will most definitely add them in the next version. And sorry about the Steam link not working (yet). The jam deadline was close, so I had to add it before it's fully ready (pending approval from Valve). Should be working within a few days.
In the meantime, may I interest you in joining our mailing list or Discord? :) I'll update both around our next milestone (Steam demo).
I can tell a lot of effort went into this game. First a disclaimer, I have to admit this is not my kind of game, but I tried my best to at least understand what to do. The instructions are helpful, as it helped me understand what was important to solve the case, and what was considered as random fun with 90s machine (which is fun to explore, and love the interpretation of the theme.)
The program to submit the case details helped me understand if I was doing the right thing or not, but I had to use hints along the way. I think there are tons of features to explore in this game, good work
Thank you for the great feedback and kind words! Glad you found the OS part fun to explore!
Wow! What a great opening! The sound effects were really nice too! (ツ)ノ
Thank you! That was probably the thing which was the most fun to develop :)
This was genuinely so satisfying and fun and well made!
Thank you so much!
That click is so satisfying! The demo songs just turned back time for me for a moment. Great taste!
Thank you! Happy to hear you liked them!
This thing really made me feel like using an old computer
Thank you! Happy to hear it worked :)
