Ms. K's dialogue file is old one. You will notice Masuo talking to Kasumi before this dialogue appears. Will have the new one in upcoming patch.
I'm not getting any blank dialogues with Mason & Mrs. T. Well ignore those two since I'm yet to add proper questline to them.
Will have the journal fix in upcoming update.
