Hello,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with my jam results on itch. I have set up a manual ranking using the “Manually ranked” criteria and entered the results correctly using the required format (RANK_POSITION + GAME_URL). All submissions are valid and properly linked.

However, the results page still displays  (I have attached screenshots illustrating the situation):

• “No rankings available”
• “You are viewing an intermediate calculation of the results”
• “0 ratings were given”

Here is what I have already verified:

• Submission period has ended
• Voting period has ended
• All dates are set in the past
• Manual rankings have been saved correctly
• Game URLs are the full itch.io project URLs (not submission pages)

Despite this, the manual rankings do not appear on the results page. I came across this thread stating that this kind of issue may require manual intervention from the support team so maybe it's the solution: /t/2136851/jam-results-not-showing-after-end
