My game, Veil, was uploaded a bit more than a month ago now and has been awaiting Indexing since.
I believe everything was done correctly and it's probably just the support team being overwhelmed by tickets and mine got unlucky
I already opened a support ticket to get it looked at (Ticket ID: 362741) And today sent another one which in hindsight I should've just asked in here for clarifications before sending a new one sorry o-o it's (Ticket ID: 367867)

Hey! Thanks for that, the game got indexed for about a day, but I wanted to change how people could get the latest version and changed from Paid to $0 or donate and that seemed to have unindexed the game yet again.
Is there rules somewhere to explain what can cause being de-indexed when changing details about our game?
Edit : I made it just free on Itch and no payment hoping that will help :)
Any changes you make to a project trigger a bot that, based on a secret criterion, determines whether your game can remain indexed or if it needs to be reviewed by a human. In that case, your game is de-indexed until a staff member reviews it manually.
Your game is marked as NSFW, and Itch hasn't indexed any NSFW games that accept money (even in the form of donations) for a year.
