So this mod is amazing and certainly the best. But also, I don't know if it's a bug or not but I can get stars for some factions that don't have a tech tree (SPD and Terdantex are two of them). I just wanted to make sure if it is a feature or not :)
You can use the tech stars to craft the modules and ships after you get the blueprints from either the destruction of pirate bases in Terran planets or from the engineer beacon event.
