I really like the art style, the dinos are adorable. Music was very chill and fitting. The combat system is pretty confusing though. It felt a bit random at times. Perhaps adding the type icons next to the dinos during combat could help with that? All in all a pretty enjoyable experience. Good job!

Love the dino designs! And the concept is really nice, but the battles felt a little random. But great job especially for a solo dev!

Thank you for playing! Yeah every dino has stats, but I ran out of time to display them to the player

The art is really cool but i didn't really understand how the fights works. Is it random at some point ?  I bought all the dinos !

Thanks for playing, the dinos were supposed to be stats but they aren't visible to the player, so it's kinda random

I really like the art in your game, so beautiful! And the parallax effect when you dive is so perfect for this. =)

The variety of dinosaurs impressed me too. How many are there btw?

The fight system needs a bit more decision making while it happens. What about giving the player the possibility to pair up each dino with a chosen enemy? And then the party with more individual victories win the whole battle? This would result in more control and fun I think.

Congratulations on your submission!

Thanks for playing! I thought the parallax made for an immersive feel, and there are 13 dinos. I was thinking about pairing up dinos, but I wanted to focus more on the team building aspect although it feels a little random currently, but I think there should be some more involvement with the player

Really cool dino art, sound is also pretty well!!! Its a little hard to understand enemies types to beat em at next try. But i think you will improve that side. Anyway very lovely atmosphere!!

Thanks for trying out my game! I really wanted to make more types show up at different depths so it felt more progressive but I ran out of time

Really loved your art on this. The shop felt real, the depths felt real and each of the dinosaur designs were unique. Had a little confusion on some of the navigation controls, so needed to re-read your instructions more than once (would've been great to include in game)!

I think the core concept was interesting, but the rock/paper/scissors gameplay felt entirely random each dive. Might be cool to add some kind of indicator when you're picking your team of what they're up against so the user input feels like it matters more.

Great start on this for a 3 day jam and could totally see it being developed into a fuller game!

Developer

Thank you for your nice words! The fights really do feel random and I would have loved to been able to add some progression.

I love the art style also the concept of the game was peak but i think my team is kinda broken i got to the point where my screen was all black and was always winning battles.

Developer

Thanks for playing and props to you, I didn't think anyone would get that far since are kinda random right now
