Very good trading simulation, with the ration and day system with traveling feels a little like dwarf fortress trading.
The one thing i noticed while i played, there was an info about shortage, so naturally bought that item in the neighboring town, and when brought to the destination it was cheaper there, which i found odd
Nice trading sim. Could do with a tutorial though.
I liked the idea and the goblin setting for it. Definitely has potential.
I really like the Simulation. It have a feeling like the Old Might and Magic Games, if i look at the Art and Map. At start it is a bit confusing to Understand what i need to do what my effect is from trading. If you plan on further developement a Turtorial would be nice and some Sounds.
A few things, only my opinion what i could imagine in this game because i see a solid fundation for some more: Events on the Map, locations that are not only the city - old mines, Lumberjack Camp, river camps or old mercanary camps. Blockades on routes to plan other ways to the next location (maybe made by other fractions or Natural disasters. The posibillity to expand what you can transport, buying a cart, hire more goblins. Choosing the type of work, nothing big maybe three different types like working in the city, collecting wood in the surroundings something like this.
But for the start, a really well made gameplay and funktional Mechanics. Good Job.
Great market-sim concept! It took me a second to fully understand what I was supposed to do at the beginning, but once things clicked I could really see the potential here.
Feels like a strong base for something bigger if you plan on continuing development. Good job!
I really liked the idea. I think there are very few games about trading in the market—usually trading is just a side mechanic in games. However, for a game like this, I believe you need to prepare a really well-crafted set of instructions. It took me more than 5 minutes to fully understand the game :D Maybe I’m getting old, I don’t know, but this is just a humble suggestion. I’m not sure if it’s allowed, but I think you should update the instruction page. Congratulations on the submission.
I love a market sim. Solid start here, my one piece of feedback is the UI was TINY on my laptop screen. I could barely read the names of the trade goods, and couldn't read the market analysis in the top right corner at all. Tweak that so it's more legible and keep working on this one.
I'm a bit confused on the whole game. I think you should implement a tutorial level to help players understand how to play!
Good potential to develop it to the full project. Had fun.
I'm afraid I didn't have any sound or music. Nice graphics and layout. Looks like you could spend a lot of time exploring the economics of this. Nice job!
Really cool aesthetics. I like the rippling water. Not sure if it was an issue on my end but I didn't have any sound. Also the market news didn't seem to line up with what the city actually had in stock. Overall a fun experience and I loved the place names and item descriptions.
Love the map aesthetic! Great work on building the mechanics, I can tell a lot of thought went into it. Nice work!
there's much depth in this one, great job!
