Wow, the mechanics are really great! The music is enticing, the simplistic art direction works really well, that's a hit! Good job, this is a great entry!

Really really cool game, really cool mechanics! Pulse pounding soundtrack is great and sound effects keep things exciting. It does a great job of starting off easy and then ramping up the difficulty consistently; very balanced. Sometimes the negative space can feel buggy and I got a few deaths that felt like it happened because I touched the corner of a narrow space without any obstacle nearby, but it happened quick so maybe I did get smooshed? My only other criticism is that I didn't like how being in a moving box would move you along the floor with it when going left and right which, while was some added challenge, felt more frustrating than like something adding to the gameplay. I'd recommend trying to remove that and seeing how it feels, but I could be completely off with that. Either way, this is fantastic!
5 star game. Amazing job on the level design. It takes creativity and skills to achieve this. Good job on the animation of the player. It feels more alive!
Dude, you did an excellent job with this.. It plays so very well. What an interesting concept.
The level mechanics of this with the moving windows was awesome! Really well done!
This is a fun game! I quite enjoyed the aesthetics, especially the squash and stretch. The level design is also great. Great job!
Listening to the music while writing my review. Shawn, you're great ! ;-)
Your game is really good ! Perfectly in the theme ! I like the simple aesthetics with no thrills but squash-and-stretch on the cube. The VFX are well done (maybe the score should not shake with the rest). That's very pleasing !
Boom, I died into bubbles ... Even this is funny.
I had some problems with some collisions where the rooms connect (as you mentioned in your description). I got crunched without reason, and in the 4th level it's frustrating.
If you manage to improve the collisions, I think I'll come back to play.
Thank you both a lot ! I had a real good time.
aaaaa I died right after collecting the last trinket and had to restart level, how could you do this to meeeee :'(
Jokes aside, I love jumping puzzles and this one is rly simplistic in its style, it just works :D
This is a really clever idea! And a really ambitious one for your time frame.
The first stage you encounter spikes on (Stage 6 I think?) killed me like 30 times, I just wasn't being lifted with the ground and would just die as it moved up through me. Up until that point I wasn't having too many issues as long as I was cautious around edges. It was a really good idea to include a skip level feature.
Other than a little roughness with the collision, I really enjoyed it. The movement of the levels was kind of mesmerizing, I kept asking myself, "is the solid ground moving or is the empty space moving?"
Thank you! I meant to work on this a little at a time over the jam but my PC bricked, lol. I had to compress it into the last weekend, I'm surprised I finished.
Yeah, that level is unintentionaly hard because of the collision bug.. I plan to fix the collisions before the end of voting.
I like to include a level skip for just these cases, glad you liked it.
For 72 hours you did an amazing job!
I wasn't able to get through every level properly, but I did use the level skip option to check them all out.
No point mentioning the glitches you're already aware of, but I think there's huge potential here.
Despite simple boxes it still looks good, thanks to the squash and stretch animation of the player character and the smooth motion of the shifting rooms over the moving background.
Nice little game. Very minimalist. Very unique I must say, but it can get a little frustrating. On the fourth level (the one with 3 boxes two of them going in circles in opposite directions). It kills me simply for stepping in the box, even if it barely touched me. Good game overall
The effects and mechanics are awesome.
Corner collisions ruins runs but this is still really good
Definitely needs some work on the collisions, as I kept dying by moving sideways on an upwards moving block, but it looked pretty trippy! :D
The game is SLICK. But it also has the jank. Moving upwards rooms are basically just a death sentence
This game has a very strong concept and is implemented really good, it felt quite polished gameplay wise, I had some troubles being squished into a moving floor under me sometimes, that killed me, but i'm really bad at platformer games so I'll blame myself, the music wasn't really my thing, the sound effects where good and you followed the theme very well with this strong concept, very well done! :) i couldn't get passed this level :D
A simple yet really fun puzzle platformer - had a lot of fun with this one. GG!
