Nicely done! Cycles and lightening had a good pace. The design is according to the gameplay but could be improved. Congrats on the game!
Great idea!
306sec/26cycles! good game ty, the lightning strikes were very satisfying
Simple aesthetics, but looks fun, wish there was something more to the gameplay but good job
I love the thunder, so soothing. Its just missing one challenge to make this engaging. Like a highscore? But otherwise, good work!
Cool novel concept. I like the flavor of the intro and the desperate picture of the last intelligence on Earth clinging to life. It eventually seemed to me that there was no way to win this game, so I allowed it to end. I think you had room here to progress the difficulty with more burned out tiles as time went on. Eventually progressing to an almost impossible difficulty would have nicely fit your theme of desperate survival. I also would have liked it if I could have clicked and dragged my mouse from the rod all the way to the battery to draw the path. All in all, this was an interesting entry and I love seeing such creativity in someone's first project. Well done!
210s, the path are a bit easy to find (except when the lightning strikes much faster) but the idea is really cool, I like it! Another simple yet efficient design!
Cool game, well done
You made a complete game loop and it fit the theme of the jam: great first game jam entry!
I gave up after 400+ seconds because I noticed the drain rate wasn't increasing beyond 6% and the countdown didn't seem to be getting any faster so the only way I was going to lose was bad luck or mistake.
Thats true. thanks for the feed back. honestly joined for free course but i might remake this in the future
The story of the game has really strong potential. “The Last AI” is an interesting concept. However, the gameplay feels quite easy. We don’t necessarily need to give the player a real challenge, but I think a bit more excitement would have made it better. As for the UI, I have nothing to criticize, it’s amazing. I’ve always wanted to create mechanics like this using UI, but I still don’t know how it’s done.
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the feed back. most of the code was written with ai mainly due to my non-existent experience. how ever with this free course i hope i can build better games in the future
Good narrative , mostly the gameplay was repetitive and the only way for you to lose is getting unlucky ( the battery or pole being blocked) , it is a very great first game (mine was a shitty mario ripoff so you are doing good)
Thanks man. hope ill probably remake this properly in the future
Good game for a first ever!
I haven't found any bugs. It appears to be simple but with the bad luck on the heated path you do need to think about how to leave some rounds for them to cool down. Good job!
Thankyou kindly
