the button that is available in the itch io support but when i press it . it just doesnt work. it keeps on loading then going back to the previous page. and without that i cant get the ticket
The “button” is a link to the support@itch.io e-mail address. You can enter it manually in your e-mail client if your desktop isn’t properly configured to open mailto: links.
