I hate to make this post because I do see that it says "Please do not create topics asking how long it will take for support to reply to you."

That being said, ticket 332423 was made in December. Is it supposed to take months? Is anyone else facing similar problems?

Yes, mine has been three months since i've sent my ticket (349131), even though No Time To Play had already told me that they let the staff know about it, I've been waiting for my account to be able to comment.

While waiting, i had to find out that apparently the malicious bots seems to have been able to bypass it.
