Had tons of fun making so many different kinds of ice cream and juices! So much fun! <33

This game is so pretty, it reminds me a lot of those flash games i loved! It was very intuitive, though at first I ran out of ingredients and couldn't buy any, but at the end of the day I was able to buy more so there was no issue at all. Really lovely art, gameplay, music, and vibes!!

This was a really fun game! It's nice that customers don't always tell you exactly what they want, but they give you clues, it makes the game more interesting to have to work it out yourself, although I never quite figured out the right combo for the tropical juice! (Also, I'm glad you included pistachio as an ice cream flavor, it's the best flavor imo!)

The drag and drop was a little bit tricky, sometimes I would click on something and it wouldn't drag properly, which made it a bit hard to complete the orders under time pressure.

Aside from that, well done! It was genuinely fun to play!

Yo this game greeeaaat! I had lots of fun with it. It’s pretty well designed. Nice variety of stuff to play with and I’m absolutely in love with the sound people make lol.

Developer

thanks! I had fun making those silly sounds for the NPCs

Great game! Loved the vibe, art, and gameplay! I would say I did pretty well! My first day I got too many orders involving one of the fruits and ran out of it and had to give another customer who also wanted it a wrong order. Of course, since I didn't throw anything away and I hadn't been able to shop yet I couldn't have planned better or anything, so it would be great if on the first day there was something that prevented this from happening. You could restrict the total amount of each fruit required in the orders, have infinite fruit supply, etc. Regardless, still a fun game!

Developer

Hi.

Yes, the balancing is a pretty hard thing for that kind of game. That's true I could prevent this from happening at least the first day.

You were a bit unlucky, but also SO FAST, which allowed you to get the highest score I've seen yet.

Thanks for playing!

Yay!

Cute game. I love the arts. It's very well made, the color make it reads pretty well even with all the small icons.

Music is ok, but I think it would be nice to have more sounds when you interact with stuffs.

The gameplay mechanic is fun as well. But there was a few times I got confused like when a person order orange juice and you give it to them then they're just nah it's just close but not what I want😂 I figure then they're more talking about the shade of the juice and if I give to them a pineapple juice they're perfectly happy lol. I like it when there's a few named recipes but it was not too difficult to figure out the ingredients in them.

I also have a few favorite customers.

Wow, 16k coins is near to the limits of the game!

I'm happy you liked the customers.

For the two problems you pointed out, we sadly hadn't the time to fix them all, with the stress of the deadline (but it's planned for a post-jam version).

Thanks for playing.

I also have a bonus pic for you as well.

I would not want to drink that juice 😂

Developer

Fun fact : Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry were the 3 only favours available while I was testing core features.

As opposed to how cozy the music is, I feel so stressful during actual gameplay, as there is 100k bill to pay, 16 types of ingredients (8 of them even cost money), so many text to read, the customers are so impatient to turn red while giving weird instructions ( ᴖ_ᴖ )💢

But I won hehe

  • Same BGM across 7 days is quite repetitive, the pause menu music is nice and why not put it in in the actual level? Could have simply given a radio filter on pause.
  • It seems that you fit the limitation with the narrator, but I barely had time to read them because all my attention was on the customers = ^ =
  • The inclusion of fruit price feels weird, because there is no strategy to plan ahead than filling up the counts
Developer(+2)

That's true the rythm starts to go much faster the last days (I wanted to give some challenge). Not reading the narrator too often is understandable (that's why it changes only once a day). We also fit the limitation with the lie about the required money amount.

We haven't thought of that for the music. We will probably change that after the jam.

Congrats on winning!

Fun game!

This game was really cool :D

My only real issue with it aside from what SunBeamDev mentioned is that on the second day I was kinda punished for not having bought the other ice cream flavours. Aside from that I had fun, good work!

Developer(+1)

We implemented that punishment intentionally, but I can understand how it can be frustrating. I definitely experienced that on my first playthrough haha. It's definitely up to change in the future though if there's ever an update. Glad you enjoyed the game!

Pretty fun game! Has a good length and offers enough gameplay variety during a playthrough. I didn't quite catch when customers were lying, maybe some kind of indicator or uncertainty in the way they phrase their order would help.

Developer(+1)

Actually, the Customers weren't lying. We decided to fit the prerequisite with the narrator and also, the thing in the story you discover at the end (that I don't want to spoil to other players).

Thanks for playing.
