This could be caused by so many things. I'd recommend hopping onto the Discord if you haven't already and making a post in #🌐votv-bug-forums where you can provide your crash logs
The most common crash I've been seeing is to do with the audio thread. If you happen to have Bluetooth headphones, non-standard audio devices or any audio programs running, they may be crashing the game. Unplug/disconnect those devices and/or kill the programs in task manager (make sure they don't reboot themselves), and try launching again without those things active.
