Wow, very polished and solid entry. Everything just looks and feels so cool and professional.. Well done!!!
cool game, wish there was a setting to adjust mouse sensitivity ;) as it felt a bit too slow for me, otherwise, great job!
So fun! Ran around digging, had a wonderful time.
Only thing is i wish it was easier to drop things, like a separate button.
Fantastic work!!
For reference, I just ended up exploring the island without interacting with almost anything. I had fun reaching the different high points tho.
It's a cute, cozy island with much to see, but my favorite element has to be how you elected to save on the leg animation budget by just cutting them off. Haha. Overall, slick presentation and an enviable frame-rate on display here.
Good Job! Going to back up the requests for a sprint function, as the playable area was pretty big - which is always a blessing and a curse - though it did have a lot of stuff to interact with and see. The inventory system would be a game changer for sure as well as I carried that key around for a while trying to find where it goes, only to drop it and forget where it was aha. I loved the ghost capsule for the player model haha, in general the humour was pretty on point. Didn't quite get to the end due to a crash, but I think that was more on my browser than the game itself. Great work to everyone involved!
Nice game! I appreciate being able to teleport, but with how big the map is, it would be great if you could also sprint. I also wish there was a backpack to store your items, since I often forgot where items were or had to put items down so I can do something else. Otherwise, fun game!
Thank you for playing! I spent about two weeks before the jam studying shaders and tweaking that one just in case we wanted to use it. The tutorial I followed was here (with custom edits of course) if anyone is interested https://www.cyanilux.com/tutorials/shoreline-shader-breakdown/
I like the teleport mechanic so much its super nice to travel around! All in all its a solid little game :) GGs
A lot of content in this game! It's impressive to see. I think it's a bit of a double edged sword when the map is huge though because when there's not much in between to explore or interesting to see, it can feel a bit boring when you're walking around. It's a common complaint even in huge-budget games. I think it would have been a better experience if you had condensed the map more.
The music is fun, but I think the game lacks sound effects for common actions such as walking or jumping, which also contributed to the aforementioned problem, especially when the whole game involves tons of walking.
The graphics are quite nice, even if they're simple.
good game my friend , but when i got near the ruins i fell into the rocks and got stuck there , but still a great game i enjoyed playing : )
What a massive map and lots to see! I like the goofy bean player model, he looks very happy :) Great job!
This was so cute! His little face is so funny LOL •ᴗ•
I'm playing the web version and you can't interact with anything? I clicked on everything but nothing was happening. I still explored the land and ocean areas - if only I could interact! Let me know what I'm doing wrong and I can come back and play!
Regardless, a great effort.

The humour in this really carries this one c: My primary critique is that this map is *massive* way too big for what it needs, i presume this was a prebuilt map you worked off of, i think it would have cut out a lot of the needless walking to add some walls here and there and bring everything closer together. not sure why we're some kind of ghost thing? but i don' thate it the design is fun, and i had fun exploring and figuring out the various quests c: good job c:

Thank you for playing! One of our team members actually spend the majority of the jam hand crafting the map for us! We found it's size to be a potential problem, but didn't want to cut out a lot of the hard work that went into making it so we added the teleportation system. I am super impressed you climbed to the top of the mountain! (we didn't put anything to do that required going into the water, at least not yet - we have plans to keep adding content post jam)
i hope you take me assumign it was a prebuilt asset as a complement then! i think for a larger game this would be an amazing map then c: and i wasn't expecting anythign to be up here, or in the various out of bounds locations i climbed to, they weren't in my calculations for map size, i was just exploring and having fun c:
"A NEW HAND..." What a fun game, full of comedy and whimsy. Great work!
