This is such a cute game, I really liked it. Especially the art style, it tied everything together so nicely. Also the music and sounds made it sooo idyllic and calming.
Maybe a few more possibilities on what to do with the wool could have been cool, for example if you could knit with it or weave it. But that could be just an add on for the future :)
All in all I really enjoyed it, good job!

Developer

Thanks for your feedback.

I agree that more possibilities would be really nice and try to add them after the jam. :)

Loved the art! And the spinning mini games are great, they added a cool touch to the gameplay

Developer

Thanks for playing and your feedback.

Very cute, love the pixel art and take on the theme. Would be nice (I know it's hard in a jam to find the time) to have some sound effects for washing and spinning just to add a touch of juice. Overall really good, great job.

Developer

Thanks for your feedback.

Next time i will try to plan some more juice time so i don`t run out of time before added all the sounds.

Aw, this is pretty cute. I liked the lighting system, that  part was really cool. Took me two minutes to find the web spinner because I'm dumb and kept trying to interact with the door and realized I could just walk in... I wish there were a few more upgrades or more things to do, but the two mini games are pretty good.

Developer

Thanks for your feedback.

Upgrades where planned but i had to drop the idea in favor of bug fixing.

I also had the idea to add a tutorial of some sorts but i struggled with the implementation and stripped it to save some time.

Cute game!

Love farming games, especially when they have cute little critters!

very cool and addictive concept. i played this for like 20-25 minutes and was having a lot of fun. the pixel art sizing is quite inconsistent which makes the game look slightly weird in some places here and there. music is chill and  i really loved how the day-night cycle looked

Developer(+1)

Thanks for your feedback and i am happy to hear that you head fun.

I know about the inconsistency I just started doing pixel art and had to rely on some assetpacks i have, but i will try to do more and more art my self in the future so that my games look and feel the way I anticipated.

Very cool idea - farming sim with spinning related minigames. The progression felt nice and i liked the day night effects. Getting the yarn spinner going fast felt satisfying as it sped up production. At one point i did have 3 sheep stuck to me as I moved around which was pretty funny. Good stuff!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback.

I am happy that you enjoyed your time playing.

This was a cute game. I really enjoyed the sheep baa sounds. I would sometimes go into their pen just to listen to them baa.

This feels like it could be part of a larger farming game. On its own, it does start to get a little repetitive, but I don't think it would have that issue if it were just one part of a game. I think it also might have been nice if there were a few more options. Do I sell the thread on its own, or do I take it to a weaving loom and weaving it into cloth, that kind of thing. I totally get not wanting to try to add more within the time frame, but I could see things like that being fun if you wanted to add more to the game after the jam.

I liked the spinning wheel minigame more than the washing one. I use a trackball over a mouse, which might have been part of why the washing minigame was a bit more challenging. It become much easier when I realized I could just go back and forth instead of needing to go in a full circle around. Even so, I found the spinning wheel minigame to be more satisfying and fun to do.

I did run into a bug. Sometimes if my head hit the feet of a sheep, the sheep would get stuck to my head. I could move down, left, and right, but not up. I would use some of the other sheep to catch the stuck sheep, then move left or right to get unstuck.

It was fun getting to spend time handing out with my sheep.

Thanks a lot for your feedback.

The Idea was to have more mini-games to produce different and more complex products but i ran out of time before i could implement stuff like weaving and dyeing. I will look into the bug with the sheep and why they behave in that way.
