First I was a bit frustrated, because I had some kind of Bug, that made the balls come with insane speed, which made the game nearly impossible.
But after I reopend the Page everything seemed normal and a actually had fun playing the Game! Nice work! I like the Menu with the Post-It notes!

Simple neat game, the only thing I would critic is that sometimes the color of the balls (red and orange mostly since they are the prominent colors near the center) can blend it and make it hard to tell which one it is. Otherwise, a solid little game!

Would be nice if the colours had symbols to go with them, as for a colourblind person it was a little tricky identifying the reds from greens.

Fun game! It became a lot easier when I figured out a method of determining certain mouse positions matched certain colors (NorthWest -> Yellow, SouthWest -> Red, etc) maybe it would be good if the wheel very slowly spun on its own so you actually have to focus on spinning it rather than relying on memory, or maybe the balls could come from different directions which would make it harder to memorize.

Elegant, simple, and fun! I would just have a check that made sure that the same colour didn't spawn too many times in a row, and maybe speed the game up a bit, increase the rate drop as the game continues. All-in-all, nicely done.
