The little character is very cute!! Simple but fine game, but I'd like if the score moved with me LOL ^_^ very nice
Very cute player animations! The movement of the player is a bit too slippery for me but fun nonetheless. Biggest fix needed is to make the HUD follow you around so I can see my score :)
Not bad for a first game, maybe a few more instruction to tell you what the instructions are, but honestly not bad for a first time
Could benefit from some sfx and a little music. But movement feels pretty fluid (jelly slime). Pretty nice animations too
I like how HUD and background don’t move when you move. :)
Jokes aside, nice little platformer. The character is so cute, especially when you duck to get under a platform. Not bad for a first game!
Hey now, you need to be SERIOUS for this very SERIOUS game jam. Serious up.
I like the little slime sprite, and all-in-all I think its cool you went back in to tweak with the physics a little.
Note: I updated the game to add a bigger level, and some new mechanics like wall jumping and crouching. Those changes removed the dangerous projectiles. I went beyond the request for "only do final polish" during the last day of grace period. Just wanted to mention that for any future reviewers that think the game doesn't sound like an earlier comments/reviews.
The little character is suuper cute, and the gameplay is very interesting ! I liked the increasing difficulty were you have to manage differents projectiles at the same time. Sometimes the projectiles are hard to predicts, and the unforgiveness of the gameplay made some moments of my gameplay scary, knowing you can lose your high score on 1 moment of hesitation was something I enjoyed. Though maybe the projectiles could still be a bit more balanced
I only encountered a bug 1 time : A projectile managed to go through a platform instead of bouncing on it. Knowing that could happen made me even more scared of the projectiles lol
