Solid game I dumped basically a whole hour on this because the loop hooked me. Thanks for making it.

Developer

Thanks for playing it!

This was so addictive! Lvl 50 reached! There are some problems (Happens to everyone, specially in jams). It seems like spin and speed work really weirdly, somehow movement speed barely changes but speed rises the weapon speed? Also the timer increases too slowly and monsters are always super slow so it becomes almost impossible to get tons at once, its always 300-400.

On the other hand, the spinning mechanics is one of the least enjoyables I've ever seen, feels so rigged it hit the 0 a total of 13 times!!!!! IT clearly either uses a weighted list or maybe is bugged and always goes back to 0 if stopped right before.

The descriptions, art, music and idea tho, are REALLY good, and the game per se is super addictive!

Thanks for the compliments and all the detailed feedback! The spin perk and spin wheel are indeed bugged (。﹏。*), and I intend to fix them after the jam, along with making some balancing changes

This was a super fun and addicting game! I loved the visual style of it and the only reason I stopped is that I forced myself for time's sake. It's a little sluggish at first, but of course, that's by design. However, there were a few different instances of the wheel being inconsistent. Sometimes, it'd slow to a stop, and other times, it would immediately stop on 0. Maybe this was a gag put in by one of the developers, but I don't know for certain.

Developer

Thanks for playing my game and leaving such kind feedback! Yeah, the wheel is very inconsistent and very likely to stop exactly on 0 due to poor design. I thought of fixing it, but I decided to leave it as it is in the end because it felt a lot more like gambling that way. But when I update the game, I'll probably fix it since so many people hate the wheel

Super fun and clean, I love rogue-likes. Kudos!!

Really enjoyed the art, and the level of general visual/game feel polish is really great. My biggest critiques are already mentioned in the known issues, so I'll just add that in general I feel like the difference between one level and the next for fodder and time is kinda small, felt like a lot of money for not much difference. Also even after leveling speed quite a bit I think movement speed was still quite slow, I'm not sure if it got any faster at all. Overall though really enjoyable!

Thanks for all the feedback! I'd definitely say the game needs to be rebalanced. I kind of guessed on how large the increments should be with minimal testing due to a lack of time

Submitted

No problem, enjoyed the game :D

Yeah, the nice thing is that I think you have a really solid foundation here, and with some tweaking it'll shine even more :)

I love the artwork so much, all the visuals are perfect and very cute! The transition animations are smooth as butter. Very addictive gameplay loop, on several occasions i tried to leave the game to move on to another and found myself saying 'just one more round'

I also maybe put a lot of levels into spin before reading the known bugs section. whoops.

Developer

I'm glad you enjoyed it so much! I wish would've caught that bug sooner. It's just a single variable change >﹏<

Lovely key-art. I felt the start was too slow, and that might make some people drop attention. Cool gameplay loop and a nice take on the genre.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback! I'll consider that for my next incremental game

Submitted

pretty fun! i personally found it way too slow at the start, but that is more of a personal nitpick, very nice art and very nice sounds/music, good job!

Submitted

Simple premise yet very addicting! Plus I love the art style and tone overall

Developer

Thanks! Simple and addictive were my main goals, so it's good to hear that

Wow, this is the prettiest game I've played so far! I especially liked the UI art and all the little animations. They are small details, but they make everything feel much more intentional and polished.

The only thing that didn't quite click for me was the wheel because it felt a bit disconnected from the rest of the game. Personally, it felt like an extra screen that didn't add much to the gameplay.

Other than that, really impressive. Congratulations!

Developer

Thanks for your compliments and feedback! That's a fair criticism. I really wanted to shoehorn spaghetti in the game somewhere, and the wheel was my quick solution

Submitted

Wow wonderfull! This game is so great in so many ways!!

Submitted

Spining vampire survivors! I like so much the art on the cover. So cool that invested the proper effort there it makes it so appealing. The art style in general is also really cool.

Developer

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it!

This game is cool. The art is amazing and cute, the audio is great and overall the game has a lot of juice. The best entry ive seen in the ‘weapon spins around you’ genre. I played til around level ~300 but progression slows down to a halt (one upgrade is 16k and i make around 800 per turn), and like others have said the spaghetti wheel is a bit frustrating.

One tip I have is to fudge the rng on the first ever roll to keep the player hooked

Developer

Thanks for the feedback.  I'll probably rebalance some things in an update after the jam, and probably take your suggestion. That's good advice

Submitted

I like the gameplay but the wheel was kinda annoying because it gave me x0 all the time and it made me feel like i suck(and i of course do not) so yeah. Pretty neat game you have. 4 spagetti/5

Developer

Thanks! Yeah, that wheel is just a butt

Submitted

Quite enjoyed the game and got to lvl 56. The spaghetti wheel was not kind to me :D

Developer

I'm glad you enjoyed! And sorry about the wheel (。﹏。*) It isn't kind to anyone

Submitted

This game is so cool ! So fun to play, asset are beautifull !

Continue the development please !

Developer

That means a lot! This game was a bit of an experiment to see if I'd like making incremental games, so it's encouraging to see you ask for continued development

has to be my favourite game in the jam so far, veery addictive!! i love that i thought i found a cheat with the wheel where if i pressed stop immediately i would get the x25 modifier but i quickly learned it was not to be true </3 kept going back to try it over and over and honestly as i write this comment im gonna go back and try it again:P WHAT A FUN GAME dude i love the art style so much but for the first time it wasnt the only thing bringing me back, maybe a pending gambling addiction idk lets hope not

Developer

Thank you *^____^* I'm happy to hear you liked it so much! And yeah, let's hope it doesn't turn into a gambling addiction (˘・_・˘) I'd hate to be responsible for that

Submitted

Bambina  is amazing lol. It's so fun, I loved upgrading all my stats! The monsters designs were so cute, I hope I made the best meatballs lol

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I'm sure Bambina loved your meatballs

Submitted(+1)

I lost track of time playing it because it's addicting. Idk what to say other than it's great!

Developer(+1)

I appreciate the comment! Glad to hear I was able to make something addictive
