I might be interested in selling the project (including the source code and IP) if the offer is right.
However, if possible, I'd also be interested in staying on the project as the Game Designer / Creative Director. I've spent a long time designing the mechanics, progression, world, and overall vision, and I'd be happy to continue contributing if that's something you'd be interested in.
If not, I'd still be open to discussing a full acquisition.
