I wanna play games where people haven't had the chance to add good visuals and i want to give them a try. So please leave them down in the comments.

If you want you could try out my game as well https://zealouslyguy.itch.io/spinning-over-it

Hi, thanks for doing this! I think my game would fit as it's a puzzler and uses mostly drawn shapes and particles, no graphical assets other than the font I used. Please leave a comment and I'll review yours and give notes as well :)

Omg hi again i've already played your game before the ratings began i was the one who talked to you about your text being to wavy if you remember. I really enjoyed your game and i think it has a solid chance of doing really well.

Submitted

Ohh thank you for trying it then and I appreciate the kind words. If you don't mind leaving a comment on the page I will definitely get to your game (just trying to fit them in inbetween work so any reminder like a comment really helps!)

I didn't spend much time at all on art. Mostly just used simple shapes

The art wasn't too bad and the game concept was pretty interesting to play with.

im rating urs and give mine a try , i drew sm things but its still bad looking (make the screen bigger for the ui to be nrml) /jam/theveryseriousjuniperdevgamejam/rate/4703111

The art does clash a bit but otherwise it was pretty funny and fun

Hi, i’ve been having a lot of doubts about my game art. I’m not sure if it’s poor or just manageable, and I’d really love to hear your honest feedback on it. Thank you!

The story was funny and the gameplay was clean. I did find the art to be a bit harsh though, especially the text.

the decision to go for atari graphics was always the intention and definitely not picked because of time constraints

im so sorry but i cant really download games on this device

Submitted

hmmm I went for a very unique style since I didn’t have much time and people say it’s interesting art: https://timothyshaper.itch.io/spirit-sword

wdym you didnt spend much time on the art this game dosent belong on this post, the art in on another level i really had fun getting s bunch of swords then obliterating everything

sorry, I thought it was basic. I think the style I went with makes up for the lack of detailed art? Regardless, I appreciate you liking the art:)

Hope you have fun! /jam/theveryseriousjuniperdevgamejam/rate/4693067

I really liked your game! The physics led me to some interesting movements to get past some of the obstacles!

here's mine: /jam/theveryseriousjuniperdevgamejam/rate/4709147

It's a little roguelike about spinning a combination lock

Submitted

I really loved your game the art in your game was wayy too good lmao

Submitted

Here is Spin-y World, I would say the game doesn't have good graphics because it's the default unity visuals.

I guess this topic is my place :D

Most of my game mechanics is not even art but is just Godot's draw function:

interesting spin (get it) on the normal hangman game the simple art works with it as well

Submitted

Yeah Simple art may work but here I need a wheel that will dynamically change the segments and the segment sizes will also change so a bit of a trigonometry did the work.

Submitted

Our game didnt have an artist at all so you could try it out

Submitted

i can see lmao wonder how long it took you to add the multiplayer aspect

Submitted

It was basically the core of the work for us, we spent a few hours thinking about the concept for the game, then the majority of the time was spent on laying out the framework for the multiplayer aspect, some time for the gameplay itself, and then the rest of the time was spent making sure everything works in multiplayer whilst fixing some mp related issues, and then a few hours for polish and UI/UX

People really do not like my art

Wow this is my first time seeing a scratch project

Submitted

I made my game by myself in less than 24h so I guess we can count this as simple art? i spent really small time on each model to paint in blender
