I had a lot of fun with this game! I love these types of simple yet challenging control schemes and the way you had to dance around enemies was great. The spin speed, dash distance,  dash cooldown, and invul times are nicely tuned which made the character feel responsive. Plus I really appreciate that you added the trail on enemies and the player.  Enemy AI was just the right level of complex as you're fighting against the controls and the way they die is very fun :) Otherwise, I've got a few specific notes I'll leave below:

  • One thing I struggled with was feeling like I knew when the player was dashing (and therefore invulnerable) or not. Having some visual indication of what state you're in would be very helpful. Something like a color/sprite change
  • Similarly, it's not clear when enemies are taking damage or about to dash at you. Although the latter way more minor given the enemy dash distance/speed, it's still very reactable
  • The constant chair rolling sound was kinda unpleasant
  • Having to destroy the empty chairs at the end of certain waves slowed down the pace a lot
  • The empty chairs were a bit too small to be interesting static obstacles. Having something more like 4-tile wide columns (or even bouncy bumpers) would've made the different wave feel more distinct
  • Having alternative inputs to the mouse click to dash would feel nice

In conclusion, I chair a lot.
