only problem I found was when you beat the first boss and go to endless mode, eventually the lust stops working, the battles finish when you just use an attack once, rather than how the mechanics meant to work, which is that it only works if you dont attack them. I dont know exactly when this starts, but I am at the point where enemies have 9 digit health.
in the video, the first enemy is how long it takes for them to fall in love without me doing anything (with all my buffs) the second and third enemies are me attacking and them falling in love instantly, which I believe is the bug. Most likely you won't see this, but in the unlikely case that you do, I hope it helps! :)
i keep coming back to play one more run of this. the music, aesthetics, and simple gameplay remind me of Super Hexagon in the best way. This'd make a killer mobile game
Peak. Heard they're turning this into a full game. I hope it is just as serious.
A rogue-like that balances the randomness with the need for action. I will buy the full release on Steam
i like it
amazing visuals, ambience, sounds and art. straight 10/10.
Fantastic game, I want a full release yesterday! Visuals and sound mesh together super well. The feedback and polish on the cursor really sell the effects of missing or hitting the mark. The different enemy effects on the main mechanic were also very clever. Seems like a great concept for a mobile game as well.
absolute cinema
This is just a straight 10/10 game for me
This is absolutely gorgeous with such a cool aesthetic, paired with a straightforward mechanic that's really smooth and satisfying. Such a fun concept & I loved playing it! (Also the shopkeeper's reaction when you buy things is fantastic)
Best game in this jam for me, in terms of enjoyment. Good job!
The visuals, music, intuitive controls, entertainment value, and overall fun factor are all perfect. I really liked how even things like selecting the title or making purchases in the shop are handled through the same format used for choosing battles. 9,999,999/10
This is Dan-Da-Dan the game. And that's the highest praise I can give it.
Great game! Wish there was more polish/juice around successfully hitting a move. It just kinda... disappears. Would be a lot nicer with some sort of particle splash or tween out, you already have the function to make them smaller, so why not apply that when I do something that should feel punchy and interesting? It seems small, but once I noticed that it just gets removed, it made the experience a whole lot less satisfying than it should have been.
Either way, really creative game, and awesome presentation too!
the font, music, and art style all compliment each other SO well in this. genius to only require one button for all controls too across the shop and combat, makes it super easy to pick up and understand. really polished and such a strong IDENTITY to this game, one of the most memorable i've seen!! really awesome stuff
Fantastic game, I loved it
Love the fly guy so much.
Incredibly stylish and the music is such a banger.
Outstanding, loved everything about it. Beautiful.
Feels phenomenal to play! Graphics and audio are outstanding. Enemy variety is really cool. Maybe I got lucky with shop items, but I was able to win on my first go (though things ramped up nicely and felt tense throughout). Killer game!
