Hello Itch.io Team,

I published my game "Hex Clash" on June 12th. It has been almost a month, and the game is completely invisible in the search results (even when typing the exact name).

I have already sent a support email regarding this issue but haven't received any response yet. It is a fully completed, high-quality turn-based strategy game, and not being able to reach organic players through search is really hurting our launch.

Could a moderator please check if there is an artificial hold or restriction on my project?

You’ve published your game just over two weeks ago. That’s public information easily visible on the project page. The unofficial FAQ pinned at the top of this category points out that it can take that long. Please advertise your project instead of waiting, as both FAQs recommend. And the rules of this category tell you what to do if support doesn’t handle your issue after a while.
