If you have implemented the modifier, how have you done so?
The game is barely playable (with only two bosses out of 10 to fight against so far) and some features are missing.
Any additional information for voters?
The gameplay loop is finished. Also there are some DELTARUNE Chapter 1 spoilers so play at your own risk! Also, although the game page was made 3 weeks ago, I only started working on this game when the jam started, to be fair to everyone else!

I quite enjoyed Sigma Sigil, it is indeed delightfully unhinged lmao bro.
(Also thanks for dogsong room, gosh I love dogsong)
I found this game much more enjoyable than Overstory - I think the more focused scope of this game helped it to avoid erring too far into the realm of tedium (although some method of quickly getting through dialog wouldn’t go amiss)
The bullet patterns did get repetitive after a while (the long turn lengths and the relative ease of most of them did start to turn some battles into a waiting game) - but the version of Jevil’s spiral attack here did catch me off-guard (I was betrayed by my muscle memory)
Managed to beat all the boss fights, and I faffed around for a bit trying to get the spamton-esque secret, albeit with little success (I guess my attempts might have been barking up the wrong tree though).
Anyway, nice covers of the Deltarune soundtrack.
Really fun! I managed to play through and defeat all 3 playable bosses. I really liked the gameplay mechanics! (though have never played undertale/deltarune before so may not have fully got the references 😂)
Wheel mechanic was fun! Though I did find myself only ever wanting to hit yellow/green by the end, so possibly some additional incentives to use other abilities would be cool.
Couldn't find the [[SECRET] ] and unlock the menu option. Did try look around for a while but couldn't find a way.
If anything, this game might be too good! It actually works really well. Visuals/gameplay pretty smooth (except for the shakey heart 😅) And overall just a very solid presentation!
Hey there! Thanks for your feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed the game and the mechanics! The secret can be found at the bottom of the game description :) Also, thanks for the suggestions about the wheel mechanic. I’ll keep that in mind!
Am I a goofus? I can’t figure out how to attack aside from the one wheel wedge which does damage :3
Yellow and orange let you attack (yellow is guaranteed but orange is RNG)
I think I'm just not the target audience. I haven't played DELTARUNE or OVERSTORY, and I never finished UNDERTALE. I also hated the combat in the latter, and found the humour hit and miss. So pretty much everything here is going over my head unfortunately.
The wheel mechanic is kinda neat. Having to click instead of hitting a key is awkward. And that's kind of all I have to say.
I LOVED the wheel mechanic! It adds that element of accuracy in order to attack and it gets pretty intense when you need that last hit to kill the boss! However, maybe it's just me but I thought that the fights were a little bit too long for my taste, especially because the attacks get repetitive after 2 or 3 turns. Also, the inverted soul didn't work for me.
Apart from that, it was nice!
Hey there! Thanks for your feedback! I am working on more attacks (and might make the wheel appear more often), and I am aware of the inverted soul not working, and a fix for that will come next update.
Cool!! :)
I really like this recreation of the boss fights!
Only thing I'd add would be the ability to press the buttons even when not picking that option (and having that option spawn extra buttons as a reward), having only a 2/8 chance of attacking on the wheel turn slows the game down quite a bit.
Still, I enjoyed playing this project!
As someone who LOVES Deltarune, I have to say that this game was VERY VERY interesting . It's design was great, and the gameplay can be a bit difficult at times. Overall it was very JARONA!
