I got tripped up on the a few levels but still kept playing!! Cool game

Developer(+1)

Glad you liked it! Thanks for playing(:

pretty freaking cool game and idea

Developer

Thank you!!

Creative puzzle game. Really got me thinking. I actually couldn't figure out level 8 after several attempts. It did feel like a bit of a skill jump after the last few, but it was also the equivalent of a boss room. lol.

Developer

Thank you! Level 8 is a tough one. I'm glad you enjoyed it(:

Submitted(+1)

Very creative!

Some more info on how to play would be welcome, though I did figure it out fairly quickly.

I wish there was an option to wipe the slate clean with a single button.

Also, the difficulty really ramps up in level 6. I'll need a few more passes through a smartinator before I figure it out.

Overall, one of my favorite submissions.

Developer

Thank you so much!! The yellow button was intended to be a restart button, but it broke right before submission while I was implementing the HUD art. Thank you for playing, and I'm glad you enjoyed it(:

Great time-killer! I spent a lot longer than I should have at level 6, then I kinda gave up at level 8 but it was a fun experience. :)

Developer

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it!(: I almost cut level 8 because it was too hard, but ended up keeping it after finding the solution and optimizing it

Submitted(+1)

I couldn't really complete level 7 cause I didn't understand how the gates worked, but i did manage to solve level 6 without using gates lol, but this is the kinda game that you don't get bored with cause it fun and challenging and a lot of options and potential for tricky game and level design, a High rated one for me definitely, really needed at least small pop up texts explaining the belts and stuff because how do the gates even work(pls do tell)

Developer(+1)

Small pop up texts are a great idea! For gates, guys go through the conveyor as normal unless they have the trait listed on the gate. If they have that trait, they will go in the direction of the colored arrow. So for example, A smart guy will pass normally through a brave gate as if it were normal, but a brave guy will be kicked off in the direction of the red arrow. Hope this helps!(:

ohhh I see, ill try and play againn noww thankssss

The difficulty spike at level 6 threw me off a bit, but its a good game with a clean and simple concept!

Developer

Yeah, I should have switched level 6 and level 7. Thank you for the kind words(:

Nice presentation! I got tripped up on the scientist one as well--but it's a nice working base system you've built.

Good job overall!

Developer(+1)

Thank you a ton! I'll have to tweak the scientist level or give some indication of what to do in the future. Glad you enjoyed it(:

Submitted(+1)

The scientist thing took me way too long to understand. I saw the pips on the bins much later :D

Developer(+1)

If I had more time, I would've liked to add a tutorial to help make it quicker to pick up lol. I'm glad you had fun(:

Submitted(+1)

The music and sound design combined so well with the animations. So even if your not really understanding what your doing, your head is still boping!

Developer(+1)

Vibes > gameplay loop. Thank you for playing!

Submitted(+1)

The difficulty may be a bit high, but this sort of game isn't my usual cup of tea so take that critique with a grain of salt. the gameplay moving to the beat was a really nice touch, good job c:

Developer

Thank you! The soundtrack turned out to match the game really  well(: I'm glad you had fun!

Submitted(+1)

Very interesting game, was scratching my brain on some of the levels but the  design is great

Developer

Thank you! I'm proud of the design and I'm glad you liked it(:

Submitted(+1)

I really enjoyed the mechanics. Got stuck on level 6 for a while, but then I figured it out :D. I think the soundtrack really stands out!

Developer

thank you!(: I’m glad you enjoyed it

Submitted(+1)

Great game, years of Factorio did not prepare me for level 8 to be honest :D . Great that the soundtrack is aligned to the tick where the belt movements.

One piece of feedback, if we fail the level, pressing restart should not clear our setup, I had to rebuild it a number of times when I failed xD

Spent longer than I expected on this, I see a lot of people who enjoy puzzles will also enjoy this. Best of luck in the jam!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I'm glad you noticed the music syncing up, I'm pretty happy how that turned out(:

And I agree, the restart bug was the next fix I wanted to do, but I ran out of time. After the jam, I'm definitely fixing it lol.

Super happy you enjoyed it! Good luck on the jam to you too!

Very interesting and nice puzzle game in my opinion

Developer

Really interesting

Developer

Thank you!

really REALLY good game. i couldnt get past loop de loop, too damn hard. very very good job

Developer(+1)

Thank you!! I'm glad you liked it(: Loop de loop is a tough level. I always have to adjust the length of my feedback loop to my smart-inator to get the timing right.

Submitted(+1)

this game is so good, but I quit at loop de loop, it was to hard.

Developer

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it! For Loop de Loop, try adjusting the size of your feedback loop and run it for a minute to see if it settles in correctly. It should adjust the timing and help out!

Submitted(+1)

This is my favourite sofar. You sould make a full game from this. (I would buy it)

Developer

Thank you!! I definitely have more ideas I want to add to this. I'm happy you enjoyed it(:

Developer(+1)

Hey, I just wanted to say that your comment really stuck with me. It's been a big contributing factor to me deciding to continue updating and developing this game. I hope you enjoy this and all future updates <3

Wooow. Great logic puzzle game. The idea and puzzle design is amazing. The Game is in general really well made.

Level 8 introduced losing a round when you deliver too many wrong little guys, which made it a lot harder and sooo much more interesting. I really wonder how many levels you built and how difficult it gets in the end. I haven't beaten level 8 in the short time I had, but I might try again tonight.

Two tiny things: Restarting the level after failing feels a little bit laborious to me and rotating with the mouse wheel would be great for playing the game while leaned back!! :D

Developer

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it(:

Level 8 is the final level, although I had more sketched out that I had to cut. It took me way longer than I want to admit to prove that the level was solvable with the materials on hand.

The level restarting issue was at the top of my list for bug fixes when I was wrapping up the game. If I continue development on this, fixing the start/stop/reset button functionality on the right side of the screen will be done first.

Also, your scroll wheel idea is amazing?? Definitely implementing that(:
