I have a free game concept looking for a team

For five years, an anonymous mastermind known only as "The Architect" has lived in an underground bunker with no internet connection. His goal is not money or power. He wants to prove one thing: the global tech monopoly is not invincible.

He builds a ghost network using custom satellites and blank tablets with hidden radio transmitters. Across the world, ordinary people are hired with cash to play a retro "Snake Game" on these tablets. They have no idea what they are really doing. When they press start, a 30‑second countdown begins – the tablet fires a beam into space, launching a code attack against major tech companies.

After every transmission, the hardware is destroyed completely. The tablet is smashed, the motherboard is crushed to dust, and the satellite self‑destructs in orbit, burning up in the atmosphere. No evidence. No witnesses.

When the tech giants activate an AI defense system that can predict attack patterns, The Architect must change his strategy. He designs four completely unique code variants and synchronizes a final global strike. Proxies in Nepal, Brazil, Mexico, and Russia all press start at the exact same microsecond. The payloads hit Apple, OpenAI, and NASDAQ simultaneously. The AI is overwhelmed. A single message flashes across the world: "The system is not invincible."

Then, it ends. The Architect stops all payments, erases every log, pulls the main power switch, and walks away. The satellites are gone. The tablets are dust. The proxies return to their normal lives. No one is ever caught. The Architect becomes an unsolved legend – a ghost that will remain untraceable for the next hundred years.

Gameplay Highlights:

- No combat – pure stealth, infiltration, and escape.

- Build blind cash networks across 5 countries.

- Craft metamorphic code using a PnC puzzle engine.

- Real-time 30‑second countdown transmissions.

- Simultaneous global final strike with split-screen execution.

If you're a developer, writer, artist, or sound designer who wants to build something unforgettable, let's talk.

An interesting story premise.

As a game, are you wanting the player to side with The Architect, or side with the corporations, or perhaps this is more of a neutral artistic commentary on the foibles of technology -- any technology when it meets the limitations and systems of the human spirit?

I think some of the details might need to be reworked a little to be more believable; but I'm dragging the cart before the horse. Are you wanting this game to have a cartoony over-the-top whimsy, or are you wanting more of a real-world gritty political drama?

How deep would you want the characters to be? Is there opportunity for the player to explore multiple options with an untethered moral compass, or perhaps the goal is to focus on very particular interactions to help drive the narrative?

As for the game itself, do you see the gameplay as a gauntlet of sequential challenges, or perhaps as a web of narrative paths, or even a simulation of some randomly selected challenges which increment while the player does their thing to work out the problems and maneuver themselves towards solving the puzzles before they activate consequences? The more complex the design, the more abstract your narrative method will need to be. And the more abstract, the more time required for planning and documentation for your development team.

As for myself, I can ask questions and try to steer you towards what you might want to do. I don't do Discord, but I can send emails with one of my disposable email addresses.

Thanks for the great feedback!

To clarify, the game is actually a high-tech hacking game mixed with intense combat.

The gameplay will feel like an action-packed, cinematic thriller where you play from a gripping first-person perspective. Imagine sneaking into high-security zones, using advanced hacking tools to manipulate the environment, and then instantly fluidly transitioning into fast-paced, modern tactical combat when things get loud.

It balances the grit of a modern military thriller with the high-stakes world of cyber warfare, offering a mix of strategic electronic infiltration and heavy physical fighting.

Okie doke! I've given this a bit of a think-through and here is my advice:

I believe that the novelty of possessing highly sensitive tools for special work can begin to lose its shine when it's a part of your everyday life.
Meaning that if you want to keep aspects of your game to have an allure of intrigue and mystery; you're going to have to keep some things unexplained or rare in player exposure (for reasons that make sense to your game world). Like how a game has in the level design doors that never open, or a soft-magic system providing narrative spice to uncertain reliability.

Alternatively you can use shock in ways which align to real world consequences. A game where you show players how to apply OPSEC to real life (to form connections despite living in a dystopian world -- even if it's simple tips for learning how to create community or do sales and effective marketing) is going to hit different from a 'boom bang whoosh' that is Hollywood cinematics.

Never forget that part of the allure of Cyberpunk was how Steve Jackson Games was raided by the Secret Service.

All war is basically some rich dudes taking over money and power from other rich dudes. The rest is just collateral.

"If fighting is sure to result in victory, then you must fight, even though the ruler forbid it; if fighting will not result in victory, then you must not fight even at the ruler's bidding." -Sun Tzu

It's missing the most important thing. Is the job paid? (Revenue share does not count as paid project).
