yes it's actually two games and the story was supposed to bind the two games together but unfortunately I wasn't able to tell the story properly in the game itself (the story is there in the description if you're interested)
For your other suggestions, yes you're right. I will update this game in the future and make it more tidy and real-game like. This was my first Jam experience and I didn't have enough experience to implement these things. I'm happy people like you exist who really care and give such helpful feedbacks. Thank you so much!
