After my latest update, my game hasn't been indexed for 48 days. 
I only uploaded a new version and made a few minor changes to the description.

Should I open a support ticket for this, or is it okay to ask here?

My plan was to release updates every month or two. Since frequent updates are important for my project, I'm wondering if long re-indexing is expected after every update, or if this situation is unusual.
