Very fun to play! I enjoyed it a lot :)
Very fun! Now i get why those guys in the office actually do their work. Only issue i came across is dragging the numbers near their collection points on the bottom row would occasionally have me misplace them in nearby boxes, but might be a skill issue! Awesome stuff
Def not a skill issue, me and other people had that problem, if I do a full release I will get that fixed!
My Innie liked this game very much
Very aesthetically pleasing game. Fun game loop too :)
Wow, fantastic job on the shader work! The overall visuals were beautifully done. The sfx were very ASMR. The game loop was fun and addictive, it was a nice cozy puzzle, minus the stressful count down, hahaha.
Oh my god, Severance The Game is so amazing!
I know that now this game fits the jam theme, but I feel it could be more like a cozy game with no rush. You already have everything for it: perfect art style, great atmosphere. Great job!
plan is definitely a cozier full release!
Hey, I saw a wip screenshot of this in the discord!
I love how elegant the game feels to play, and the technical art really nails down the atmosphere. I don't think I've seen anyone else take this angle to the theme.
The writing in the side messages also got some chuckles out of me.
Really nice visuals and fun little game loop. I like all the different ways it tries to trip you up. All the small messages are also a nice touch. It would be nice if there was some background music, but all the sound effects there are really satisfying.
Nice game!
I think on full release we want corporate jazz and remove the timer
It reminds me of an Apple show. The mechanics are interesting, but visually it's spectacular. Those retro effects are absolutely amazing.
Very inspired off severance!
This was a really interesting concept. I like the process of scanning for hidden groups of numbers and trying to grab them quickly. Obscuring the numbers by having them change randomly when not hovered is really smart. The graphics look cool and the noise is certainly very pink.
Thanks for leaving a comment, that means a lot!
I loved it! its really satisfying and the shaders are sooo cool :D
Loved it :D
great work on the game , i really liked the way everything is aligned and easy to understand
I'm a big fan of the sort of retro aesthetic this game has. The pink and black combo is easy on the eyes, good for searching through lots of tiny numbers.
Huh... this is the second data refinement game I've played in this jam lol. I like this one mechanically a bit more. Felt more like how it's depicted in the show! Very good job on the aesthetics. Well done :)
Means a lot thank you! I was curious how many people would get the chance to play both
Simply Great. Easy little game; feels way too polished for how simple it is. But that is what the greatest game jam games are!
simple polish maxxing
This game is really responsive, whenever I drag my mouse, it will send me back the sound. Since your game is based on the terminal, do you think about the BGM for it? I recommend that you have some relaxed 8-bit BGM.
A user suggested some corporate jazz and I think that would be cool
Fun Severence Inspired game, Now I understand what they meant when they said the number look evil. ✪ ω ✪
SUPER FUN!! I got reminded of Cyberpunk netrunner minigames, love all the effects and colors you chose too, great job man!
Thank you means a lot!
Wow! I never thought I'd play a game that somehow perfectly captured the feeling of what the employees in Severance do in their job. The algorithm that freezes numbers into clumps when you are collecting them is genius! It really reinforces that feeling that you can suddenly "see" the data -- hunting down 1 number at a time would ruin that feeling. In my opinion, this is the best example in this entire jam of providing an great intended experience without ruining it with "too many gameplay mechanics".
That's high praise and really appreciate your thoughtful response, thank you so much
