Nice game ! I kinda suck at remembering which finger is which, but once in the flow it's manageable with variations of only one. Although the orange notes are a whole other level ahah

This was really fun to play! I noticed that when I added the orange notes, the keys for the song felt like they better matched the notes of the song, which was a fun way to go from easy to hard mode! I definitely found myself counting in my head, but I found it was kind of difficult to recover from one wrong key (although this is generally something that happens in most rhythm games imo). Great work with this game! I really enjoyed it!

It's a really interesting concept—you find yourself unconsciously counting in your head while playing—but for a rhythm game, it lacks a bit of feedback.

Holy moly, I have never been this stressed in my life! Great game and an absolute banger tune! Could maybe have been nice with an easier level before this, but super satisfying when I finally beat it! ^^

The idea is a nice spin on the theme, I just am not quite used to rhythm games enough to clear this anytime soon, but I am always a fan of out of the box control schemes and this for sure does that.

I already suck at rhythm games, but putting 8 keys on it was tough! I appreciate that you added a picture of (presumably) you with the recommended keyboard posture xD. Marona looks like they belong in Rhythm Heaven. Maybe you should make it so that the number range is configurable? Like it can go from 1-8, or 3-10/0, stuff like that. Overall, this is honestly pretty cool! Congrats on the game!

Consider trying out my game as well! Thank you!

It was bit hard for me to wrap my head around which finger is which number, but the concept of your game is great because it's as easy to understand as it's hard to master.

I liked the little mouse voice too, reminded me of Rhythm Doctor :) Congrats!

Nice concept, I have an absolute skill issue though. The music, sound effects, and art are all pretty good. Great job!

Neat idea! I'm usually really bad at rhythm games, but this one felt very intuitive!

Thanks for the comment! I find it interesting that you found it intuitive, because most people said that it was very difficult. So I want to test a little theory of mine by asking you a question (it is semi personal so feel free to not answer).

Do you play the piano or any other fingered instrument?

I ask this because my friend who doesn’t really play rhythm games but does play the piano found it intuïtive and beat the game on his third try, but another friend who plays rhythm games like fnf and gd couldn’t beat it. He said it was because he isn’t used to using his pinky like that. And if you play piano, you obviously use all your fingers all the time.

So just out of curiosity I want to know if playing a fingered instrument has any correlation with intuitiveness of this game.

The concept is very good, but there is a certain amount of lag to the web player that makes the entire game go out of sync. Kind of hard to play given it doesn't follow the beat properly.

As a rhythm game player, I enjoyed this. Probably a bit too difficult for the average player though :/.

A cool rhythm game! No notes. (pun unintended)

Really interesting idea! Love the little mouse guy telling me count up or down. It could just be me though it kinda feels the beat don't fully match up with the notes. Other than that really love the game!

really great game. i had a lot of fun playing it. it is very difficult. and i like the cute rat. the animation and idea and music and sound is awsome. i wish it had a slower difficulty curve. and a way to show your score. like a leader board.

Seems good but I suck, had fun though!

that was quite a fun little game :)

Great interpretation, love the little voice telling you to count up or down, adds a lot of charm.  You'd think that limiting yourself to counting up or down in a rhythm game makes it easier but I found it quite challenging.
