Hey sorry my comment won't be too long, as the time is coutning down as I write.

Cool idea, crisp controls of the bug, not so crisp of the robot, but this isn't a bad thing, but a part of the core experience. I think (what others already pointed out) better explanation of how to make the robot jump would go a long way. The game also seems to be pretty hard (at least it was very hard for me). Lovely artstyle and cool sfx.

I am pretty sure that this was just your design decission and I am not going to say if it is bad or good, but I feel like letting the player do a partial move (not fill the whole bar) could lead to an easier game, but again, maybe that is not your intention which is fully fine.

cheers

Very cute game! Love the whole bug concept haha.. You really should consider making it multiplayer and publishing it on steam or whatever :))

The game and its presentation are so charming. I don't know what to call these miniature-setting games, but the idea of a literal bug driving the show is very creative.

P.S. It ran well on Linux with Proton-GE.

Really cool take on the theme! It wasn't immediately clear to me how to jump, but once I figured out, it became really fun to play. I also loved the visuals, they're gorgeous (loved the small bug, it's so cute!).  Great job! 👏

It's very beautiful game with a cute setting, I love the art and the little bug. The gameplay is pretty hard, but I can see it as a rage game with difficult controls like Getting Over It for example. Interesting take !

Timing jumps around the unwinding robot movements is such a creative concept and the little bug character is adorable!

Great visuals and the bug jumping sound was wonderful! Is a unique twist on the theme with the robot moves. It did take some time to figure out some of the tricks to moving the robot and timing the jumps, but was good overall

Love the visuals !! best one ive seen so far, and i love where youre taking this theme to this suprising direction, although I'd argue having a rewind or a save point system will be better since it is frustrating to take the slow process and go back when failed, but that seems like the foddy side of the game.

a neat jam entry! Nice work getting a playable entry together for the jam. The strongest part for me was seeing the direction the idea was going.

Took me a while to figure out how to jump, but once I did it was really fun, the visuals were great too! Would be cool if there was a stop or abort button, since sometimes you end up losing a lot of progress if you miss one of the jumps and the robot keeps walking off the edge.
