How does your game fit the theme?
In Hickory, time slows down as the clock counts down and you must complete tasks to prevent the slowing of time. Also, the game takes place in a clocktower!

This makes me appreciate all the hard work our clockwork automatons put into keeping the clock towers running.
Amazing game! The level of polish and detail is super inspiring. My only gripe would be that time slowing down is a little punishing, but other than that I had a great time playing.
Amazing!!!
Amazing! I really loved it. I didn't expect that last floor but it feels challenging and fresh. Congrats to the whole team, incredible game.
I loved the art and music for this game and the idea of fixing things while fighting the boss was great. I agree with Daniel, I love boss fights. Thanks Daniel!
Thank you so much, so happy you enjoyed and that was fun for you! yeah to my already exhausted artists I was like "HEY we're making a boss at the end can you draw my concept" lol
An outstandingly beautiful game!! I only ask how was this made in 96 hours!?!?!?!
Thanks you so much! Uhhhh, a lot of caffeine and just inherent insanity lol
Coffee and Determination lol ☕🔥
determination/insanity
guysss if you are struggling with beating this game like I was, try ignoring the rats :D let them frolic and break things!! that way you have more stuff to fix to meet the quota - character artist
revealing all the secret tips and tricks...
rats make me crazy
crazy? I was crazy once
Incredible work for a game jam! My only teensy, tiny complaints are that the ending felt abrupt (I wanted an outro!) and that the boss battle was cheeseable (pun not intended) by just wailing on it until it died and ignoring the puzzles in the room.
The game design was so clever - each little puzzle felt unique and thematic. I especially appreciated the way you showed wrong inputs in the steam escaping game by making the wrong plugs wiggle - that was an extremely elegant/grokkable touch! Having downtime in between to get story beats was great. It's definitely rare to finish a game jam game and have the story have been so interesting that you wish there was more story to hear!
The artwork was stunning and the audio was fantastic. Everything about this is so polished. Well done!
Ahh thanks so much!! If only there was even more time haha, I think by the end we were all so exhausted especially by the level of quality needed by certain assets we didn't do too much with a proper finale. I'm so, so happy to hear your thoughts on the design - having frequent testing done throughout and rather brutal feedback from our peers ended up being invaluable for us. Thank you for playing again and for enjoying our game!!
Absolutely wonderful work, it was engaging all the way through! The boss was a little more simpler than I'd hoped but overall such an amazing game, well done!
Aghhh sadly didn't have enough time to explore more with the boss as I wanted to, a lot of time was dedicated towards game feel and design haha. Thank you so much for the kind words and thanks for playing and enjoying!!
I love the artstyle of this game! Felt super polished!
This may be the greatest game ever submitted to a GMTK jam, ever.
I am certain this will be game of the jam
That was great. Maybe a bit too long, but I enjoyed it a lot
Well crafted game. The puzzles are quite simple and I felt like the movement speed at top could be faster initially but overall I enjoyed it till the end. I like the lore behind the game and the connection to time.
Absolutely no notes. This is game jams at its peak.
Thanks! We did our best!
I love the creative use of time. Amazing art and design.
This is a game of all time oh my god
How does one make music this good
And the characters are so cute omg
Thank you so much! I’m really glad you enjoyed the game, especially the music, that means a lot to me.
Short and sweet adventures, I enjoyed it but there was a lot of stress involved, too much pression
It's projects like this that make me somewhat envious of the amount of skill some creators have. HOW DID YOU DO ALL OF THIS IN 4 DAYS!!!
This game is amazing in every way. The art, soundtrack, atmosphere, everything is so well done and polished, and you guys even had time to put a behind the scenes into the game which is insane.
I do wish the game was slightly easier (maybe I'm just bad 😅), but everyone who worked on this game went above and beyond.
Ahh thank you for enjoying the game and for such kind words!! We all lost quite a bit of sleep during the jam haha, we love giving things our absolute best; it makes me incredibly happy to hear how well received the different parts are! In terms of game difficulty I'll look towards ways to ease players in a little better in the future, there's actually an accidental hidden feature where subsequent runs are slightly easier lol.
stunning work, the minigames, art and sounds. a game much more polished than one would expect from a game jam of few days
you have the greatest game title I've seen in my life
Thank you so much for playing and so happy all the polish was worth it!! We love just making vibes :)
haha thanks! and It was definitely worth it.
