Interesting progression, I must say, the Vein Cracker augment turned it into a completely different type of game immediately haha.

I think what the game could really benefit from is more feedback to the player. Some sound effects for unlocking new augments, or activating them (I could not tell if any speed increases were actually applying or not), and most importantly to help understand which rocks are more dense and whatnot.

Still had a nice little time with this one

Really love the art style, especially the spherical/fisheye-like presentation. It looks super unique!

Developer

Really? I kinda thought it was a bit corny

nice job on the art on this one! it was a cool idea, but felt a little lacking to me. maybe it needs more game juice. some sound effects would help. Good job!

Neat concept, very satisfying to cut through the earth. Augment system was a fun addition too, could definitely see a lot of expansion if continued on in the future!

Developer

we actually decided to continue the project and expand on the idea

Gameplay loop is fun and visuals are great.

Love it, was a tiny bit confusing but the camera and visuals are so cool. Reminds me of an old game I used to play called Motherload!

Fun and interesting concept! It could use a bit more polish, but it was good overall.

The core idea is simple and enjoyable ! Just do less text, mode feedback and it will meet it's potential !

Developer

Yeah i guess i've fallen into the usual save the narrative with text problem.

Loved the atmosphere of this one, through the countdown is kind of generic. I also found a bug where once you've equipped three augmentations, clicking on an unequipped augmentation will temporary increase your augmentation slots, allowing you to equip more than three augmentations.

Developer

There is an augment for that. Are you sure it was a bug?

Submitted

Oh okay, I didn't realise my mistake.

The upgrades are a bit confusing. Whats the point of the slots if I was able to always have them all equiped?
Could use a bit of polish, but it felt good to play and I enjoyed it.

The monochromatic art style stands out. Really original idea, easy to pickup. I would have love some minecraft style feedback on rocks (maybe a second color) and upgrades are a bit rough. With more polish you have something interesting in your hands.

Cool looking game!

Developer

Thank you! Fun fact: The concept and the mechanics actually came to me in a dream weirdly enough

Wow i didn't expect the movement to be this good , Amazing Job

Developer(+1)

Thanks! Although if i ever decide to expand on the idea the movement will be among the first to improve. The smoothness of it

Submitted

Yeah that makes sense
