What a clever pun! It's actually "count the down"

This was really fun! I liked the Microsoft Word bit, and different display element chunk really cracked me up - this is a popUP! I was confused a bit by the last two. It was a a delightful game nonetheless. Well done!

I really enjoyed this! Such a refreshing take on the theme and executed in such a fun way! I don't usually come back to jam games, but this would be a fun one to watch people play and to try after I've forgotten the numbers (honestly by the time I finish writing this, that'll probably have happened personally lol)
Anyway, fantastic submission!

Lol some of those were really clever!

I think I found a bug: in level 9 with the song lyrics there are 7 and not 6 down's because one is in the album cover.

Also I wish you could go back after completing a level.

This is a very funny idea haha, had a blast. Armor king was a jump scare. Really good UI!

I loved this so much :D
I'm a huge fan of games like this, that are about "natural logic" basically, deduction through real life logical association. There's a lot of really creative levels, and I'm really happy I ran into this game :3
Main criticism to give really is that it is very unclear what counts as a synonym for "down". In the Alice level, I thought things such as "burrow" or "descend" would count as down but only the literal word down did, while in other levels synonym words or associated words did count it seems. Maybe highlighting all the instances of down, like putting clickbait red circles around them, when you beat a level would be nice so I would understand what the game considers to be a "down"

Damn "descend" I really should have either replaced or counted

I scrapped a few levels preciseluy because of this ambiguity i.e. "stairs in a fire escape plan" because those have to many arrows and people count that instead

Thanks for playing and the feedback!

It was still worth using the alice in wonderland section though I would say, it is just way too fitting not to include with how many times it says the word "down". Maybe something akin to how the emoji sections are introduced with simpler levels showing which emojis count as "down" before putting you into a more complex context?
