Super fun, super stressful, game looks beautiful. Fantastic job!

Really fun to play! Felt like overcooked for one and also great job adjusting the time limits to make it stressful but fair!!

This was really fun (but, friends I don't think that's how you make Tiramisu... no wonder you're banned from Italy!) This is amazingly polished for a 4 day game jam, I would LOVE to see this turned into a full length game with even more ingredients, timers, more pots to juggle, more recipes, etc. Amazing job!

super fun cooking game that gets surprisingly challenging! the core mechanics of the timers are really simple/intuitive but build up well into something more complex. great job!

Very fun, well executed! Very impressed how polished you were able to get with this in just 4 days!

I don't want to brag, but I'm the new Head Chef at Giuseppe's...

Fantastic game that's right up my alley. Nailed the theme with the timers. Great art and music for the genre. Excellent progression through the levels. Well done!

This game is very fun, BUT my goodness is it stressful! I felt like I was actually working in a kitchen for a bit there. Great work!

Really excellent entry.  Art, music, sound effects are great.  The theme is used well.  Game play is engaging and fun.

Can't find any faults or shortcomings.

Simple concept but executed very well!

Never had I ever think I would be so stressful just by plain looking at a timer and waiting :D What can I say... Brilliant game, great concept, great execution of the idea. Visuals are super dope, the audio is nicely done, I could tell just by the sound which timer went off. Even though I didn't get how to make a Tomato soup from the first try, I looked at the description and got the idea, but it's more of a minor UI issue tbf. Overall it's one of the best game I've played of the submissions

Damn I learned from my friend Guiseppe ahahaha. Great work man, this was super fun!

nice concept! i read some comments before playing, so i had no trouble with the tomato recipe :D it can get pretty hectic in the best way, i had fun!

I really enjoyed this a lot once I figured out how the multistage recipes worked. Very satisfying to do multiple recipes at the same time. Sometimes it did feel like I had to wait around a bit until the longer timers finished but it did give me a bit of time to plan

the game is cool and the concept is really nice. i REALLY liked the artstyle. I do have feedback for the game tho

- I really couldn't figure out how to make the tomato soup correctly. first I though i needed to cook 2 different tomatoes and then combine them somehow, then I thought I need to cooked the same tomato twice, then I thought I needed to cook 2 tomatoes at the same time, and then I though I needed to cook 2 tomatoes at the same time twice. I think the last one is the correct way, but for the life of me i couldn't get it to cook correctly, it was either too cooked or under cooked. after that I gave up (I tried a few runs and got to the same problem)

- it's not really comfortable to need to place something to cook and then quickly go to the timer and click it, it feels like im will overcook it like that bcuz i didnt start the timer at the exact time i started to cook.

- the chef icon when he finished talking for the current dialogue box is in the same scale it was before he finished talking, so sometimes it just so happens that he blocks some of the text.

- the under/over cook sfx is ear hurting a bit.

I really think the game's idea is REALLY cool and i woulve loved to finish it, but i just couldnt

Firstly, thank you so much for the review, I'm very happy that you liked the artstyle. Yes, I wanted to put the multi-step recipes into the tutorial, but i ended up not having enough time. You have to put the first tomato, cook it for the length of one timer, put in the second tomato, start the timer again and then finish the recipe. Other than that, thank you so much for the feedback. If you find the time, it would be lovely to hear from you again, after having played some of the more difficult levels.

EDIT: I think there may be more people that didn't get the multi-stage recipes, I'm gonna write up a little tutorial on the game's page to hopefully make it a bet simpler to understand.

the escalation is great, a really creative and understandable way to build a cooking game. Also love that you incorporated so many countdowns!

Honestly, how did you make all of this within the jam time? This was great, loved every second.
