Is this life simulator or something XD ….
i spent way too much time on this (more than an hour :P ), nice game, but could have been expanded upon further by adding some upgrades, maybe a narrator/meta character that comments on stuff ….
Really good idea. I had the same idea of trying to delay the inevitable but i decided i had no idea what game that could be without bombs which is way too commun. So what a great way to put this idea into a game. I enjoyed it more then i thought i would. Its simple yet straight to the point. Altho please make it so you can restart, and a menu. Also you could add more content like buffs and such but i wont nag about content in a gamejam. Good game!
Prolonging the inevitable. Could be really cool with a few more mechanics going on. Good job.
The addition of the bomb was an important addition! Although I wish it triggered more consistently and more commonly because I swear once I got the bomb 2 times in a row and almost died.
i like this! i think u could add more stuff or increase the difficulty more as time goes on but i like the game as is, it's simple and fun :)
Very creative game design
Really cool idea! It felt really simple at first, but as the values get larger it becomes a lot harder to evaluate whether you should get more time or more money. I especially like the bomb, but I kind of wish there was more strategy involving it. I had fun! Cool game.
I had a genuinely good time with this although i was constantly trying to do multiplication math to figure out what the optimal choice was. Literally holding on for live and every second counts. Awesome entry!
Nice game, more upgrades would've been great and maybe a target to reach instead of a highscore, but overall good idea and a solid execution
Simple, but a really good game! I like the bomb idea, but sometimes I felt like that 4% was lying because I got it like 4 times in a row. I feel like some added features/upgrades would be a cool update, as it got kind of boring buying the same two upgrades after a while. My high score was around 451.
it’s actually less than 4%
than I must have gotten super unlucky XD
Very simple but also very clever game, I really liked the idea of balacing between life time or money. Ended up being pretty much immortal ! Gg
its like real life if you think about it really hard
This is a really well executed idea, loved the concept and kudos to hand drawn art. in y 2nd run i was basically immortal haha. great job!
I really liked the idea of balancing between investing in income upgrades and buying more time. Deciding what to spend your money on first made the gameplay feel engaging and meaningful.
great start and idea.
But i think stuff like buffs would be a great idea.
Pretty fun, and strangely addictive. Ending goes kinda hard too. Well done.
I really liked this. The gameplay loop is simple but surprisingly engaging.
And of course the deeper meaning between dying now or dying slightly richer, and risking your life for potential profit vs keeping yourself alive, but on a budget you know will eventually run out, was great too.
Nice spin on the incremental genre!
Kinda wish it was a bit harder to survive, or to spice things up a little with some abilities or curses or such
Very simple but I found myself enjoying it quite a bit! Made it to 579.
pretty fun even if it's kinda barebones; after a bit you can just kinda continue forever
Thanks, I didn't really realize how easy the game was ngl
