The art is amazing! Awesome game, kinda wished that the dash was in the way I was going towards and not where the mouse is pointing, other than that, very nice, good job!
Really unique art, and an interesting take on the orthogonal view, Good work!
I think I didn't quite understand weapon 4, but liked juggling the different weapon types, tight mechanics!
I love the premise, I wish the cuts didn't explode so fast or rather me using them gun caused it to explode. It was hard to balance looking at the gun and the enemies. I would love to play a game like this but as a first person shooter and had to throw the guns at my enemies. The artwork is absolutely stunning. Fantastic job!
shooter mixed with hot potato is the best way to word it xd, i like the concept and really like the pixel art, i would say tone it down just a little bit with the blurryness with the post processing, and maybe add some kind of detection for where you are and where the enemies spawn, as i've had the rats spawn on me a lot. i really liked the weapons, they felt pretty punchy and i've never had a reason not to use either one of them, as the timer mechanic really makes you switch between every single one. overall, really fun game, i had a pretty good time playing it :>
Hey thank you so much for playing and taking the time to write your feedback. Really happy you like my art! It was super fun making it - we tried indeed a filter on it but agree that its a tad too blurry now. We will for sure work on this more after the jam so appreciate the input also on the detection as well!
The chaos of having to juggle guns and shots in this is really well done! It works really well to have the player panic about lining up a shot quickly before your gun explodes while also having to avoid those pesky cheese munchers as well. I really liked the art as well, crt monitor styles are always fun! Great job all around!
Took me a minute to understnd whats going on but the idea and take on the theme is great! also the art is very very nice!
It took me a second to get a grasp on the gameplay, but I think it has great potential! I liked the visuals, and the retro filter as well.
The game feels super awesome. It would be a little bit nicer if dash is controlled by arrow keys instead of cursor.
Very nice art and cool mechanic ! The controls are a bit hard to wrestle with though. Still, I did manage to send a couple of them to an early grave. Well done !
I look games at these and then at my game and I am super impressed that this was done in the time that was given.
Loved the art and the overall gameplay, the SFX was also very clean.
For feedback, the rolling felt weird, it might be the lack of animations but it felt like It went into a direction I did not ment to go. It also took me a minute to figure out I am suppose to swap guns constantly.
I liked this game a lot but the movement felt a touch clunky at times. There were definitely some spots I thought I should be able to move through that it would not let me. However, the visuals were great, the music was sweet, and the idea was really creative.
