Loved the game , In just a few seconds of me starting the game I was really immersed into the game .

I like the concept, and the visuals are really cool too. The only thing is that the alarm clock gave me a headache, but good job!

Developer

Thank you :> By the way, I hope you found the phone that was supposed to turn the alarm clock off.

Not trying to brag or anything... but I totally aced the exam on my first go  -v-

And if anything that's a testament to how well this game communicates what is and isn't important, and what you're supposed to be doing. It was super tight but completely manageable. The sprites were varied with a lot of individual unique details put in. The phone was a surprisingly detailed little thing to mess around with in spite of it only taking up a couple seconds in the story.

This is a really cool, detailed game!

Thank you so much for the detailed comment!  We really tried to add lots of little details, so it's nice to know they didn't go unnoticed.

I am impressed you made a full fledged story with multiple game elements in it. Very fun to play and I love the artstyle.

Wow! I am a student so I can relate! Fun little game and I got 85%!

I got a B! I really enjoyed the game. My favorite part was trying to get the keys from the cat - it was hilarious and definitely the highlight for me.

Everything felt polished, and I didn't run into any issues. I liked the art style, the music, and the overall idea of playing as a kid who's almost late for an exam. It made for a fun and charming experience from start to finish.

Overall, it's a great game. Nice work!

Developer

Thanks for playing! We're really happy you enjoyed the game.  We honestly didn't expect so many people to love the cat chase

A fun game – a simple yet familiar story revealed through a series of mini-games.  The first time I went to the exam, I turned up empty-handed XD. The art is great and the music also helps to reveal a sense of urgency.

It would be more replayable if, for example, the locations of the phone or the lecture door were randomised. I also found two bugs over the course of three playthroughs (the timer didn't reset when restarting and I had to collect my backpack twice on one occasion) :p

Good shit!

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback!  We really appreciate it. We actually wanted to add more replayability, but we simply ran out of time during the jam. Thanks as well for pointing out the bugs :>

Haha, It was fun, I reached the exam hall empty handed

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Glad you had fun! Reaching the exam was already a victory, even if it was empty handed. Thanks for giving our game a try!

Fun! Nice collection of minigames.

Developer

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the minigames.

I liked the little cat with your keys :)

Developer

Thanks! I actually based that little cat on my own cat, so it makes me really happy that you liked it!

I couldn't enjoy the game due to the incredibly aggressive alarm clock

Developer

Sorry you couldn't fully enjoy the game. That's on us we didn't explain the objective clearly enough. To turn off the alarm clock, you need to find the phone in the starting room. Thanks for giving our game a try, and we really appreciate the feedback

Fun game! Struggled to find the phone but really dig the concept.

Developer

Thanks! We wanted the opening to feel a little chaotic, so I'm glad you liked the concept
