Nice art, wish there was some sound, and the font is a little hard to read for me

Love how polished it is, I liked the whole idea to throw garlic for the menu
Admitlley it was a bit confusing to figure out what to do but I got it eventually
Overall fun little game, the artwork and soundtrack are great
Y'all did a good job!
Simple and cute! The garlic throwing is funny and I love trying to deduce from the clues given who it could be. The font is a bit hard to read especially with some of the longer descriptions, but with enough garlic it isn't much of a problem. I was starting to get nervous that everyone was a vampire and I was actually just a murderer in a town of vampires until I realized that the count going down is the end of the game and you start a new one with the next description. Accidentally throwing garlic at normal townsfolk and them just staring at you is really funny. Good job!
This one clicked fast, no hand holding needed, and the loop is a good time. It plays a bit like a round of Clue where the payoff for solving the case is pelting the culprit with garlic, which is a very satisfying way to close an investigation :) The hairball description on one of the villagers got a real laugh out of me.
One suggestion from my runs, the clue text was tough to read with the screen moving and it disappears pretty quickly. Letting the player click the clue away at their own pace would keep the hunt fun without the speed reading.
Which villager description was the most fun to write?
I clicked because I wanted a detective game, then I was disappointed when I thought it was a shooter instead, and then I was pleasantly surprised when it was both! My favorite vampire killer of the jam by a mile.
Very funny, I really liked that we threw garlic at the menu options! Clues where not always simple to link to a character but with 3 tries it was doable. Nice work!
Very Innovative... BLEH!! Nice pun of getting the count down before the countdown ends. The aiming took some effort to get used to, and some clues I could not for the life of me figure out who the vampire was. But very cool game!
Hahaha, I love that clicking anything on the main menu throws garlic at it. I thought the clues were a nice touch to keep each level interesting, but I wasn't quite sure what "Gen Z wave of vampires" meant for what the vampire would look like. I also feel like it would have been cool if there were consequences to letting the vampire go free. When I ran out of garlic, it seemed like the game just moved me along to the next vampire.
Fun idea! The animation for the garlic being fired did confuse me a little, as I started aiming a little in front of them rather than clicking directly on the vampire, thinking that I would need to time it correctly. The clues were fun, if sometimes a tad confusing. The "The Count is Down!!!" line made me laugh out loud! Overall, a nice, fun project :)
The idea of the game is really cool, I would love to have something more developped in the future! I love the art and the music. just one thing the clue doesn't show on the screen for a long time as they are hard to read with the font. Also some clues are really hard but it was a really fun gam to play, good job on this :)
This was quite enjoyable actually! Maybe I wasn't paying attention but it was fun trying to piece together the clue with the villagers. Well done!
I feel like this game has the potential to be quite fun, but I kind of wish I could scroll around instead of just having the camera auto pan to the right. The music was a good fit, but too loud, same with other sounds.
The clues also kinda scrolled away pretty fast often, and some of them were a little confusing and I didn't really know what they meant!
Anyways, I liked the idea, good job guys!
Tried it and I like the concept. Noting the clue before throwing garlic on the right (let’s be honest, sometimes wrong) character is satisfying.
The clue sometimes disappear too early, having them always shown could help.
And after throwing 3 garlic, we just have to wait, accelerating the timer would make it more engaging.
Nice game.
