OMGThis is such an interesting game. I really love the way you interpreted the theme—it’s so cool!
I just wish I had found this game sooner...
Man I wish I found this one sooner! Absolutely LOVE the visuals, perfect balance of readable and gorgeous. The gameplay is pretty fun too!
I had some friction when it came to the controls - I felt there needed to be more leniency when hitting an input slightly late, and I also think there should've been a single button for switching your direction (since A and D are typically left and right, but whether or not A will send you left depends on where on the ring you're positioned)
Besides that, very cool submission! Great job!
Linux build? 🥺
HI! Right now i failed to make a build for linux, but if you install LOVE2D on your linux with something along the lines of 'sudo apt install love', you could easily run the .love file!
Really interesting concept! Once I figured out the change in rotation controls it really clicked, really fun puzzler figuring out when to change direction and when and which orbit to jump to, great work!
ok ok one i got the timing and my right and left , i got it the puzzle were well thou and it was fun and engaging , and unique idea indeed , GG!
Looks beautiful! I think it has interesting gameplay
Nice gameplay loop, I'm kinda messing around with your setting button, I thought it will be the setting for sound/sfx/resolution... Turn out it's just the button setting. next time, name it "Tutorial" or something else, it will be less confusing.
Nice beat in the main scene, I'm really into it. your level is also well-designed. Well done for the game jam mate <3
This is genuinely a really amazing game! I was pleasantly surprised by how polished the visuals are, and the premise is really creative! I would suggest merging both direction keys into one, or even just have one key for both changing direction and ejecting. But otherwise really fun game!
I really loved the font you used, kinda sharpy and gives old english font vibe. Btw from GameDev India discord server Rate my game back :)
What a great game! just I would work on improving the controls:
Thanks for playing the game, your comment and the feedback!
I don't know how you will feel about me saying that the things you noted were exactly how the game worked in the first version, with space to change direction and auto eject, but then i thought it made the game too easy and there was nothing to time. But i am planning to keep both modes now!
