Cool game, i have to confess that i got confused about what to do and how to do it but in the end i got the idea.
I cool thing to add could be a way to make villagers stay or go to one point (Like placing a flag where villagers stay camping or something like that) because a lot of them die in the first day or they where too far from the weapons.
Anyway cool game i liked it.
