How does your game fit the theme?
PAL.net takes place during the final hour of a dying social network. Time counts down continuously, while exploring its archive costs additional minutes. Before the site disappears, players must decide which memories to uncover and choose six sentences for a final poem. The countdown drives both the story and the gameplay.

Beautiful. I am speechless. This is what perfection looks like.

UHM? What the hell, it's such a beautiful game ;0; ?

Thank you. This experience was truly unique. For a gamejam game, it sure feels like an entire, whole, experience.

Farewell to you, and may your trips on Line 5 be merry. Jardin des Plantes is truly beautiful.

This is a beautiful game, and the 6 line poetry idea is a really nice way to tie the whole thing together. I found myself most engrossed by the mystery elements; being able to search through posts and uncover information, and I would love to see more of that if you ever decide to expand the game - assuming that’s the tone you’re going for :)

Very nice work!

A truly fascinating game. The story is delicate and beautiful, inviting us to piece together clues hidden between the lines and gradually uncover the final years of Ember’s life, as well as her relationships with the other characters. Fragment by fragment, an incomplete yet increasingly vivid picture begins to emerge.

I really enjoyed this subtle and restrained style of storytelling. The story stayed with me long after I finished the game, and the gameplay was highly original as well.

So beautiful. :) I didn't finish yet but I'm going to come back to do so when the jam is over. I love old message board / social media vibes, and the writing is really lovely!

Really clever game, Reminds me of the old days of myspace and bebo,...cause I'm old

Loved the game! A very cool interpretation of the theme :D

This game reminded me of Emily is Away!, which is a great thing cause that game had a huge impact on me when I played it. I'm glad you made this, even if most people might not see it as a "game." Lovely execution and story. Only feedback: This game is UI-heavy, and when it tries to imitate the UI of an existing social app, people expect certain functions or features to behave a certain way.

Idk how did you manage to make a game jam game make me emotional but it worked. I love it!

Very interesting and creative take on countdown!

Woah. Great and unique use of the theme. I just wished I understood the countdown decreased more with each message check, but that's not a demerit to this game, that's me.

Thank you so much for sharing with us your six-line. It is really good

A really good game. I love games where players discover the story by themselves, and the “Countdown” theme is beautifully integrated. The website also brings me back to the early 2000s.

These are my six sentences inspired by the game, echoing my current situation.
