Nice game! I like the visuals.
The game is cool, and so is the concept, though there are a couple of caveats.
Since it was made in just four days, I won't be too critical.
1.
It’s not entirely clear when to press, but it’s still good.
2.
To me, it doesn't quite fit the theme, as I don't see a countdown anywhere. If you're referring to clicking those light-colored circles, that’s a depleting counter, not a countdown (though that doesn't matter too much—let's be realistic).
Otherwise, it's great.
4 out of 5.
Thank you for your comment! You make interesting points:
1. It is true. I thought I had added plenty of feedback but I could have done more.
2. The idea of my game was, to me, very literally a countdown. When someone says "3, 2, 1, GO", and you try to go at the same time. The numbers that are displayed used to mark that beat. Somewhere along the way, I thought it would be more satisfying to only decrease the number if you hit the beat. It actually didn't cross my mind that I would lose some theme matching with this choice but I see your point. To be honest, I wasn't satisfied with how literal and simplistic my idea was so this makes me a little happy :)
Loved this one. Didn't feel unfair, and was satisfying to beat.

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Wow last level is hard ! Cool concept ! Not repetitive, could play more if there was more levels
Sorry about the difficulty. I wanted to give a little challenge at the end instead of making too many levels but maybe I went overboard. Thank you for playing and for your comment!
Cool that you went for a rhythm game! We wanted to integrate some rhythm based mechanics too but we only managed to integrate it in one small part. I was missing some music or something beyond only the sounds effects but overall really liked it.
Thank you! I would have loved to have a nice music to match the game but doing it right was a bit beyond my abilities.
The game is repetitive and gets boring quickly.
Thanks for your feedback!
I'm not the best at rhythm games, but it was fun to try out this unique take on the theme! Good job!
Thank you for playing!
Cool concept. It got a little samy after a while but the first few mins were fun. It woulda been cool if there was music. Nice work.
Thank you for your feedback!
After I grasped the latency timing everything was good!! Very seldom see rhythm same in jams so this is a interesting take for sure! If I had to say one thing, I think the last note can be a major chord imo?
A chord... I didn't even think about it but it seems very obvious now that you're saying it. Thank you for your feedback!
I enjoyed this; I often make rhythm/music-heavy games, so I always enjoy seeing others' takes. I do feel like the amount audiovisual delay coupled with tight timing made this a bit too hard to fully find myself in a flow when played as intended. However, once I was able to get a good sense of the BPM of each level, I would just close my eyes and take my headphones off and typically clear the level on the first try. I know first hand that this is not on you and its a limitation of the engine + web export, unfortunately it's always a bit of an annoyance to deal with. Solid entry and use of the theme.
You are spot on on the delay/latency issue, which I only realized too late to solve properly. It seems to vary a lot depending on the player's setup and unfortunately, the game runs really well for me, even on the web version. Lesson learned for the next game. Thank you so much for your feedback and for playing my game. I'm glad you still enjoyed it!
Very cool idea but very short. I think it could have benefited from some added complexity. The art is really cool, and the audio works well with it in a way where it feels so satisfying when you hit the bells just right.
Thank you for your feedback!
It's a nice concept, and quite difficult. I think it could be helped by some kind of hint system that indicates if you're too early or too late with higher/lower bells? The bell sounds also seemed a bit glitchy and jarring on my end.
Very good suggestion and thanks for your feedback on the sound. I made bold choices for the audio and it might have been too much.
The art is nice, I had fun, but was a little confused on what to do. After reading thee instructions and comments, it's a little clearer, but I'm still bad :)
It might be you're not bad but had too much latency. I'm still learning. Thanks for playing!
Kept me on my toes and I love how good the audio supports the atmosphere!
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the audio, I wasn't sure it was for everyone :D
Really enjoyable game! I can see myself getting addicted to the game. :))
Thank you! For a first jam participant ever, your comment means a lot!
This game has a really cool style! I am not good at it lol but I still had fun.
Thank you so much!
Managed 37 loops! Was fun, felt like the beat was a little behind what I was hitting, not sure, but managed to complete it all. Would be cool to see it play out an actual melody as well. Good job!!
Good score! It's quite possible because I've had feedback that the latency of my game varies vastly between different PCs. Thanks for playing and for your comment!
I did it in 39 loops. Sometimes it gets a bit confused cause I thought I hit the beats correctly but the visual didn't match. To be specific, the last level 2-3 of my beats didn't glow up but I still won it. Overall, I think it's very creative, I didn't realize there was a hidden one until I saw the small blue one at the end then read the description LOL my bad.
The scores keep getting better! You win if you get the last hidden beat, regardless of hitting the other ones. They just make it much easier to hit the last one. Thank you for playing!
Ahhhhhh so that's what it is, thanks for explaining, it was cool!
Really fun reaction + rhythm game, sometimes it gets very difficult, but the visuals and the audio is amazing, works really well for this type of game. Great work!
I am glad you had fun even if it was difficult. Thanks for playing!
