I thought so, do they have a specific order in witch I have to talk to them?Cuz I tried speaking to some characters and nothing happened. I am not sure if it was a bug or if I did something wrong.
Well there is technically an optimal order to talk to them, but they should all have dialogue no matter what. As long as you make sure that you actually walk into them and press space bar it'll interact and begin dialogue.
