Nice sound and visuals, with a brutal twist. Well done, and I hope my last-minute review helps!

Developer

much appreciated

Victory! Fantastic job! Met the theme head on. Good art, sound, and music. Most important... fun!

Very satisfying and fun game! Love the little animations and the juice is spot on as well!

Only thing that confused me was the shop. It always plays the same “round over” animation. If it now shows the shop or not is somewhat ambiguous. It’s a bit of a nitpick from my side.

Great game, enjoyed it!

I fully expected the second last level to END like the final level haha. Clever, feels right at home alongside the various Despot 3K games, if someone had told me this was made by their devs I'd 100% believe them (you aren't their devs, are you?) Could be fun to expand out into a roguelike or just further game, I'd certainly be down to play it!

Developer

Yes, despot was an inspiration, glad you could see it :>

Thank you for playing

Cool take on the theme!

Really beautiful and simple, yet fun to try and find ways to count more accurately! I like it

A really nice fit on the theme and a well polished original game!
I could pass the 11 waves thanks to the upgrades :)
Great job!

Cool idea! It feels like a flash game I would have found online in the late 2000s which I love.

Really cool concept! The crunchy noises were satisfying and contributed well to the grim theming of the game. Great job!

Submitted(+1)

wow i didn't know i had an itch for those mall games where you have to estimate the number of candies, but this game showed me i did!!! what fun!!! the squelching noises seemed a lil loud compared to the other audio but i enjoyed it nonetheless!!

Wow! That was a very cool concept about the literally COUNT and (fallen) DOWN! 10/10! I have enjoyed your game, really cool <3

Really cool and very satisfying seeing all the people  units in a heap!

10/10, good game, really enjoyed it, had to bring my wife to help. All levels cleared! I wish you’d make a post game update!

Do we need to use money for something?

Developer(+1)

thank you, glad you had fun!
the money should be tied to the relics, for now it's also the scoring system

Yo, that's a really cool idea, man. It reminded me of Clover Pit. I'd love to see where you take this game in the future

Submitted(+2)

It's actually very fun! The mood is well chosen and well made. Really great entry congrats!

Nice job. The game is original and the art is really cool. Congratulations!

The game was fun, and the concept was really original! At one point, I kept using the 'widen close call window' upgrade and then just guessed in the dozen , and somehow I managed to win like that haha.

Wow, this game is very unique, I really enjoyed it! I'm proud that I got a 85 spot on! I didnt fail a single one though. It was a bit confusing with the controls, and I didnt exactly understand how the shop worked. You should probably add some story or reason why you have to count these guys for the narrative score, but great game anyways.

Developer(+1)

85 spot on is impressive, kudos! Glad that you enjoyed it!
Unfortunately we didn't have time to implement the narrative in-game, but if you are curios we wrote the idea on the page itself.
It's mysterious on purpose ;)

THIS IS PERFECT YOU HAVE TO KEEP WORKING ON THIS AND RELEASE IT!
