Really clever story telling and a fun ending!

I really like this design choice, implementing the tutorial into the narrative to guide the player in a natural way.

I felt like the game is executed perfectly for what it is.

Very nice, well done :D

Great extension of the basic Sokoban mechanic! It's a great implementation too, and wrapped with an interesting narrative! So much work has gone into this, it's impossible not to be impressed.

Great work!

loved everything about this! puzzles were wonderfully designed, visuals were charming, and the twist final level was great as well :D

Super fun game, love the style, love the puzzle design. I like how the characters have a little dialogue in between and I l love the low poly graphics! This game doesn't feel to repetitive and each puzzle really requires some thought put into it. Well Done!

The game was cool. I liked the ending.

This is just an incredible game! When I completed all the levels and the robot appeared, my jaw literally dropped at this plot twist. 5/5 - definitely! The game is very enjoyable and a bit of a brain teaser, it definitely needs more ratings!

Developer

Thanks! I'm glad to hear the ending gave you a good reaction!

Really really cool, I usually get frustrated by block-push types of games, and while I did get stuck in a few places I found the puzzles to be really interesting. Also, in my opinion the last level with the added piece of the robot actually moving the blocks in the room was awesome, I totally think it was worth the extra dev time.

A sokoban game with an original touch. Love the narrative part and the setting. The mechanic of the battery recharge is really interesting and very well integrated

I had fun, then I was very nicely impressed by the "plot twist" at the final level - well done!

Really clever game, normally I dont finish puzzle games in game jams but yours just felt so cozy! Well done!

Really clever puzzle design 💜

Loved how each level introduced a new idea without feeling repetitive. GG, had fun with this one! ✨

Developer(+1)

Thanks, I try to make sure every level introduces either a new mechanic or a new technique. The way I track this is I have a comment for each level describing the unique thing about that level, and if I can't describe what it is then I get rid of it. Appreciate the comment!

Really nice take on a sokoban game. I liked the recharge mechanic especially.

Developer

Thanks so much. I guess I just scratched the surface of the recharge mechanic and it might have been nice to do a few more levels of it, but I also was trying to keep the game short (10 levels) so that people would be able to finish it before they got bored or frustrated.

Recharging is somewhat underused but no other complaints; everything else is explored well. I'm usually not the biggest fan of explicitly tutorializing basic puzzle mechanics, but here I actually quite like the tutorial as its charm fits the style. Speaking of style, that ending is top notch! Great game, really deserves more attention.

Developer

Thank you for your comments!

By recharging do you mean the mechanic introduced in the last two levels? I agree that could have been explored a bit more, but I didn't want the game to be too long (in the game jam context) because then people might get tired and not finish it.

And by "explicitly tutorializing basic puzzle mechanics" what do you mean? The fact that there are some levels that are very simple introductions to mechanics, or the fact that the characters talk about the puzzle mechanics, or something else? If you mean the former, I am a big fan of little "intro" levels to new mechanics so you can learn them without a text explanation.

Now excuse me, I'm off to play another block-pushing puzzle where the objects count down every time you push them :)

Yep, the "Plug In" mechanic. Didn't think to check the level select for names, haha. In regards to the "tutorial," I was referring to the characters talking about the mechanics, should've just said that. I interpreted it as text-based explanation (I suppose it's this I normally don't like) disguised as dialogue.

I like this game, made me think a little, I like how it's easy to learn new things

This game has a very strong Baba Is You vibe! Very engaging puzzles, I wouldn't mind buying a game like this on Steam lmao

Developer

Thanks, that's very kind.

This is a good game!

This was a really fun experience. I liked the last level, it was surprising and satisfying and very fun! Fantastic job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I put a lot of effort into the last level (I estimate it took about half the development time) so I'm glad it paid off for you!

Very cool concept! It was well polished and I really liked the pixel art. It was really fun to play as I got better. Well done!

Developer

Thankyou! I just posted a little dev log where I go into some of the thoughts around the pixel art.

It's the first time I've really tried to make my own art rather than grabbing free content from online, so I'm glad you liked the art.

Cool idea! a little confusing at first but pretty fun when you get the hang of it!
